Mixue Hotel Lijiang

Finally back from Lijiang! The Mixue Hotel I stayed at this time truly surprised me in so many ways, I absolutely have to recommend it to everyone heading to Lijiang! 🏠 The room exceeded expectations! I booked a 'Superior King Room', and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain! During the day, the sunlight streamed in, making it warm and cozy, and the white peaks of the snow mountain were clearly visible. At night, with the sheer curtains drawn, there was a gentle ambient light, and a projector allowed me to cast any TV show I wanted to watch – attention to detail, perfect! The bedding was as soft as clouds, and the mattress had just the right amount of support. The bathroom was dry-wet separated, and all the toiletries had a herbal scent. 🌟 The service was so thoughtful it was touching! The front desk lady, Amelia, was as warm as a family member – she carefully reminded us about altitude sickness precautions. Upon check-in, they provided a mousse cake! There was also afternoon tea at the Sunlight Restaurant, and warm milk in the evening. 💕 The ambiance was amazing! The hotel rooms are incredibly well-designed: sitting here, drinking tea and reading, time just seems to slow down. The rooftop restaurant terrace offers a 360° view of the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise', instantly getting that romantic vibe from 'Meet Yourself'! I also experienced Thangka painting there. In short, Mixue Hotel 'weaves the warmth of Lijiang into every detail'. Next time I come to Lijiang, I'll definitely choose this place again! The room offered a view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and was very spacious, with each bed being a double. The gym was practically non-existent. The hotel was very quiet. However, there wasn't much within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel amenities are excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The staff are very welcoming. You can enjoy a direct view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain's peak from the hotel restaurant. My child also really enjoyed the complimentary 'goodnight milk'.

This guesthouse has a fantastic environment and offers a great stay. The private space is quite large and well-designed, divided into an entertainment area, a lounge area, and a tea break area, all with a lovely ambiance. The common areas are also very nice, and the food in the dining area is quite exquisite. We happened to be there for Chinese New Year and booked their New Year's Eve dinner set, which was very cozy. You can see the distant snow-capped mountains from both the first-floor lawn recreation area and the second-floor viewing area. The activities arranged by the hotel were excellent, and the service was quite attentive. Overall, a great experience, and I'm happy to recommend it to others. We stayed in the 'private exclusive area' this time, and it would be even more perfect if the room came with a small washing machine, as the public laundry facilities were too time-consuming and hard to get a turn, so we gave up on using them.

Goodnight Mianmian Milk - Ranch Fresh Milk: It's a warmed carton of milk, quite a local specialty. Environment: The hotel's location was a bit hard to find, but on the bright side, the environment was very quiet. The guest room was spacious and came with two 1.8-meter large beds.

The environment is beautiful and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. They kindly upgraded us to a twin room with two fantastic 1.8-meter-wide beds. The courtyard has a soaking tub, and the water fills up incredibly smoothly and quickly with a strong flow. Plus, the daily fruit and afternoon tea are exceptionally rich. You can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the 5th floor, and the hotel is very close to Shuhe Ancient Town, offering pick-up and drop-off services. The hotel also has plenty of activities every day. Highly recommended!
