When we arrived the man at the desk didn't look up from his phone for ages and then explained that our booked room was already taken, and we needed to go to another hotel on the street, which he organised for us. We were confused because of the language barrier. The next morning we came back to the hotel at 9.30 am to see if our room was ready but the desk man was asleep, and for some reason couldn't see until 1 pm if the room would be free or not. So we just left our bags and went out for the day. Luckily it was free when we came back later. But it wasn't very good service.
The hotel is in need of some renovations to be nice again, I think.
But it's a great location walking distance of old town without being too busy and touristy.
They need to update their location on trip.com. it is not accurate and it was hard for us to find it.
