Guanxin Stylist Resort Art hotel

They contacted me in advance to arrange pick-up and drop-off at the scenic area entrance. The hotel has a big dog. This B&B is more like a hotel, and the rooms are quite spacious. I recommend booking a room on the second floor; if you stay on the first floor when it's full, it can get a bit noisy with people coming and going. They offer afternoon tea and a sweet soup in the evening, and the service is good. There must have been some small bugs in the room, as I got several bites on my hands and arms.

The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Being located within the ancient city made getting around very convenient. The only slight letdown was the glass room in the courtyard – it could be a real plus if it were better maintained. The room's facilities felt a bit outdated, which is why I've given it a 4.5-star rating.

The complimentary late-night sweet soup was a thoughtful and delicious touch. The dessert was also free upon arrival. The 24-hour local butler service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. We also received a complimentary luxury afternoon tea and free breakfast. The rice noodles for breakfast were particularly good. Overall, an excellent experience! We'll definitely be back.

Great location, making it easy to get to other attractions. The lobby is beautiful, and the underfloor heating is a rare and welcome amenity. While the room facilities are a bit dated, the service more than makes up for it. Ajin was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive, helping with luggage, inviting us for tea, and patiently answering all our questions and accommodating every request. Thank you! The only minor improvement I could suggest is the breakfast variety – it's a bit limited. Adding a few more options, like poached eggs, would make it perfect.

Arches covered in lush greenery, a courtyard fountain surrounded by vibrant flowers, and an interior that's both vintage and gentle—lace curtains, rattan chairs, and Tiffany lamps create an incredibly immersive ambiance. Every detail is perfect. After a long day out, returning to the courtyard to just relax and unwind is incredibly therapeutic. It's a romantic little haven that truly helps you slow down.

The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; no matter what you need, they'll help you out, making you feel as warm and welcome as if you were at home. Step outside the inn and you can immediately experience the ancient town's unique charm and leisurely pace of life, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation and capturing some great photos! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and immersive experience of Lijiang's culture!
