A stone throw away from the hotel ancient city roadside entrance. Jia Hao offered to help us carry our luggage into the bnb from the side. 10/10 for the service! Though our room was exchanged last minute, I believe it was due to the weight of our luggage. As we had to leave at 7+ (they start work at 8am), the hotel staff still assisted to bring our luggage to the hotel roadside entrance which was something we really appreciated! Will recommend this hotel for anyone who wants an ancient city vibe feel

Hotel is conveniently located on the northern side of the Ancient City and is a good accommodation to explore the area. The stay is comfortable with good amenities and the staff is very friendly and approachable, helped us book various trips to attractions such as Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Tiger Leaping Gorge. Overall had a great stay here.

The hotel is in the ancient town.
Reception staff is lovely, kind, and can speak English. Contact them on WeChat, and they offer a pickup service from the train station. They help with luggage.
Room is big, with welcome tea and snacks. Breakfast is included.
Bathroom has strong water pressure but is a bit old. Overall, it’s a good stay.

Great location and wonderful staff! The hotel is also located near the main road (1min walk) very easy to get on a taxi to traveling to other spots in the city. It’s also in the middle of the old town. You can explore the town and local food, and shop.
Cassie and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They help me and my mom throughout our whole stay. I couldn’t speak chinese at all but cassie arranged everything for us. She made my trip very convenient. She booked the tour to the snow mountain for us— very hard to book by yourself esp during peak season— but she managed to secured the ticket and personal dinner for us, arranged all transportations and offered a lot of snacks to try— feels like you’re staying with family/ friends.

Mr Jiahao, the person in charge of the hotel is so kind. All other staffs too are so nice & very helpful. Tgey all are warm hearted people. Hotels also provided big breakfast to start our day. I’m feeling like home staying here. Mr Jiahao arranged people to pick us in the train when we arrived. He served us hot tea and some bun & biscuits during waiting our check in process. We were so lucky, he upgraded our room to a bigger room in view we have so many luggages. Mr Jiahao also explained everything regarding hotels rules and regulations, recommend nearby halal food, guide anything about ancient town very clearly. He also can speak and understand English so that easy to communicate. Very near to the north entrance around 5mins walk. Recommended hotel to stay in lijiang ancient city 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great place to stay. It's located in old town Lijiang where you need to walk just about 5 mins walk from the entrance of one of the gates. The staff would contact you before hand and assist with bringing in the luggage to their place which is great. As the cobblestone ground is not exactly good with luggage.
The place is clean and the environment is calming. Breakfast provided tastes delicious and clean. Highly recommended to stay. When talking to the lady boss, they mentioned they organise their own tours too. (Which I didn't join as I had booked one beforehand in old Toan lijiang and slightly regret) Would recommend trying as the lady boss said that they would not bring them to shopping areas which alot of the local tour agencies here do.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a very nice place to stay at the old town. Location was perfect, near the north gate & Cassie was very helpful in suggesting us places to eat within the old town.
