I stay this room for the the great view of the city . This room I believe was the highest tier available for this hotel . Room was clean and great

The European style room was plush and very spacious with a bath. The bed itself is grand but a very soft mattress makes it difficult to get in and out of the framed bed. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town, so very convenient for the nightlife. Luggage has to be hauled to and from the hotel to the city gate. However, depending on time, someone will come to help. The breakfast consisted of noodles, egg and sweetcorn with no tea, so food can be delivered.

The hotel was much better than I expected, great room with plenty of space and even a bathtub. However, I would recommend other travellers not to bring a suitcase here, cars can't get to the hotel, and whilst it's only a 500m walk, it's across cobblestones which will break your wheelie suitcase. So unless your suitcase has unbreakable wheels, or is light enough for you to carry, don't bring your suitcase here.

The place is very nice right in the center of lijiang old town and near the river where everything happen . Room very nice and very clean with amazing people to welcome you and help for any need you have

I had a very pleasant stay here. There is a lot to see and do in the local area. The bed was comfortable and the decor was unique and thematic. The only minor problem was a leak in the bathroom and a dripping noise from the toilet. These issues wouldn't prevent me from visiting again. I'd recommend.

The hotel is in the center of the Dayan Ancient town. Although the ancient town can be very busy and noisy (especially at night), the location of the hotel was in a good quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the bars and KTVs. My room was on the top floor and had great views from 3 sides. Good location if you're looking to stay inside the ancient town. I would have liked the hotel to pre-arrange one of the baggage pick up services for me from one of the entrances of the ancient town to the hotel. As it was quite a far walk hauling luggage on cobble stones.

This room is a great price for a separate shower and tub. The bed is super soft and has many outlets. It is an elegant antique room. The staff provided a driver to the airport after staying there for almost a week.

Hotel location is perfect for enjoying Lijiang old town. Even if I can't speak Chinese, the staff helps me a lots to give me all info friendly so I booked another days again.

Beautiful location in the ancient city, a little bit of a walk if you have luggage but with maps it's not difficult to find. We found out later normally they call after you book to give directions and pick you up and the closest gate but apparently if you use ctrip in English they said they cannot see your phone # you so maybe ctrip could update that someday😅. A good hotel overall, for the price but I am a little sad, I picked this hotel and room specifically because of the jacuzzi tubs shown in photos and even put in the notes I'd like the room with the bath. When we arrived they had received the note and the man specifically showed us our room had a bath like we requested and I was excited to see it. But that night when I tried there was no water running to the tub😭 I went and talked to the man at the front desk and it was a different man and he just said "oh yeah that room the tub doesn't work" than why did you give me the room specifically with the tub if it doesn't work??😅 But another man said oh I'll have it fixed tomorrow. not ideal but fine. The next day when we got back from our day out I tried the water and it was working so I excitedly filled the tub but...when I went to turn on the jets, nothing😭 I didn't dare go and complain again about I was pretty disappointed, but something was better than nothing😅 So don't pick this hotel specifically for the tub like I did and you'll be fine, it's clean comfortable and the price is right. The owners and workers are all super friendly so I can't bring myself to leave a bad review but I suggest you get that fixed and it'll be a big selling point. I know I'll come stay every time I'm in lijiang if you get it fixed😁 酒店蛮好的，但是照片有点辜负。我选的房间就是因为有浴缸，到时候老板说我们看的你要泡澡所以我们给你这个房间，我很兴奋。但是晚上我去泡就没水[Facepalm] 我去问一问另外一个男的他说“对，那边浴缸不能用” 哪你为什么给我这个房间呢[Facepalm] 我让我老公找老板他说明天我找人修。好的，不是最好但是我不要无理。那天我们回来了我很期待我的泡澡，回来试试就有水但是浴缸满的时候我就要开了按摩的东西还是坏了[Facepalm] 不是很大的事但是我选的这个酒店还有那个房间就是为了按摩泡澡。老板们都对我们挺好的所以我不会给个差评但是对这个事我就是有点难受。老板你好好修浴缸我就每次来丽江在你住[Chuckle]

We had a great time staying at this hotel right in the heart of old town. We had just been turned away from another hotel that would not except foreigners, but luckily we found Baisuifang. The employees were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were great. Comfortable bed, lots of space, good showers, and very clean.

Booked hotel room with nice view more than 1 month in advance, confirmed via wechat with hotel. When I arrived to check in, I was told there was no room left, so I asked them to check in to a regular double room elsewhere. The new place is old and degraded, but the owner of the new place is enthusiastic. We cannot accept this nonsense way of doing business, selling customers back and forth. Don't trust this hotel. If you want a room with a better view, you have to pay more. Extremely disrespectful, making Lijiang tourism look bad

The room is comfortable and clean, and there is a pool for hot spring bathing. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold and we didn't dare to take a dip, hahahaha! The landlord is very friendly and will help arrange the itinerary and introduce food, drink and entertainment!
