Jing Hua Yuan Inn (Lijiang Ancient Town) Reviews

The hotels is located inside old town. Not recommended if you have big lugages, coz it is so difficult to drag the lugages along way down and up to the hotel. But if you are a backpackers, this place is suitable for you. You can find any different kinds of food in the area just one road with hotel. The room is quite old and a little dim for me. I like light room. The tap water is rusty and so difficult to use. And the basin seems to leaked out of the floor. I happened to arrive when it is raining, my room is located upstairs where u must go across without shelter to reach the stairs. I think the owner must think a way to fix it. Sorry I didn't take a picture of the room.

The room was large, spacious enough for two children. The courtyard and corridor were very pleasant to relax in. The hostess had a friendly little dog, which the children loved so much that they didn't want to go home even after staying there for several nights. It was very close to an exit of the ancient city, and the surrounding areas were very convenient for dining and traveling. It exceeded my expectations.

The inn has a great environment. The rooms are large and unique. The landlady is very nice and there is a cute puppy. It is very comfortable to stay in. It is also close to the exit and it is very convenient to get a taxi.

The transportation is very convenient, there are many restaurants around, Shuai Shuai snack rice noodles are great, the B&B also has a beautiful environment, their service is the best, repeat customers first choice, highly recommended

The inn was easy to find, just down the hill from the intersection. The hostess was thoughtful enough to contact me in advance and tell me where to get off the bus. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially for a solo traveler like me. She knew everything about Lijiang, including fun and restaurants, and her recommendations were far superior to online guides. The value for money was excellent, and there was even a very lively puppy, Scrabble, in the house.

It was off-season, so there were not many guests and the environment was relatively quiet. The proprietress was warm and talkative. She welcomed us with Pu'er tea on the day of check-in and recommended local snacks. We had a great time.

The environment is comfortable and beautiful. The bed is neither too soft nor too hard to sleep on. It is especially suitable for people in our 50s. The boss Yuanyuan is warm and hospitable. I will come again next time. Thank you for your care.

The room is very clean and tidy, the bed sheets and quilt covers are very white, and the living facilities are complete. I am satisfied with the experience and highly recommend it. The tea brewed by the boss is delicious.

Clean and sanitary, free laundry, a treasure homestay, the first choice for repeat customers

First, a shoutout to our enthusiastic host, "Chibi Maruko," who was so adorable. 🥰 It was really inconvenient to walk around the ancient city with a suitcase, but thankfully the inn was close to the road, just around the corner, so we could leave our luggage and travel light. The hostess was very nice and recommended delicious cross-bridge rice noodles, a yak beef restaurant, and a cured pork ribs hotpot restaurant. The food was amazing! 😁 The inn also has a tea room, where we chatted over drinks about the changes in the ancient city and other fun things to do. 👍 It was a shame our stay was too short. I'll definitely stay a few more days next time. The environment was quiet and the air was fresh. It was so relaxing to pull a chair out to the small courtyard, sip tea, bask in the sun, and interact with our "Chibi Maruko."

Very satisfied. Comfortable, warm, clean, and with Naxi-style charm. Just 200 meters from the entrance of Yikeshu Ancient City, it's very convenient for getting around. There are also many restaurants nearby. The owner is friendly and easygoing, and recommended many good value restaurants nearby. On the first floor, you can have tea and chat with the owner, who is also a cute and friendly little Bichon. It's a relaxing and cozy place. I look forward to visiting again.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The owner and hostess were warm, friendly, and provided excellent service! As soon as we placed our order, they called us and told us where to get to the nearest shop. It was super convenient, only about a two-minute drive from the intersection they provided. They even gave us flower cakes to eat upon arrival, which were delicious! The B&B has a large courtyard, making it a comfortable place to sit and chat. The tours recommended by the owner's travel agency were also very cost-effective. We had a blast without having to plan our itinerary. It was so hassle-free, we'll definitely be back next time.
