We stayed at Lijiang Listen Deer·Snow Mountain Viewing Guesthouse for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience. A very special thank you to Ms Echo, the kind and amazing lady who manages everything. Her service was beyond excellent. We visited during Ramadan, and she helped us so much in finding and ordering Muslim food through her app, *******. It made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. We communicated through WeChat, and she was always responsive and helpful. She even helped me order drinks from CHAGEE, and when I needed a hairdryer because I fallen in love with their hairdryer so I bought one for myself, she bought one through her app and it arrived within just few minutes! That level of efficiency and care is truly impressive. The room was big, spacious, and very clean. The guesthouse provides almost everything you need—especially toiletries—so you don’t have to bring many things. It really feels like a home away from home. They also have a washing machine with free detergent that guests can use freely, which is very convenient. We traveled with our 4-month-old baby, and the stay was very comfortable for our family. Ms Echo also helped arrange a porter to carry our big luggage for only 30 yuan, which was very helpful. Thank you again, Ms Echo, for your excellent service and kindness. We highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Lijiang, especially Muslim travelers and families with babies. 🌸
