Jinmao Pureal Mountain Lijiang

Location: Situated in the Yulong Snow Mountain scenic area, with direct views of the mountain. We were thoughtfully given a first-row room, so the setting was superb. The weather wasn't ideal, though, and we missed seeing the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise'. Facilities: This is an older, well-established star-rated hotel, so the hardware is good. The toilet showed some signs of wear, but everything else was great. Cleanliness: Generally clean. Service: The service was impeccable, from check-in to reservations, and the shuttle service for the scenic area. You can tell they put a lot of care into their service. Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area Entrance Ticket: Our stay included entrance passes for two people per room, which was really convenient as we could enter and exit as we pleased during our stay. After comparing several hotels, we ultimately chose Jinmao Snow Mountain. Our experience confirms it's worth staying here, even though we didn't get to see the beautiful 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise'. I'll have to come back in winter next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, really great for watching the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunrise'. However, it was foggy during my two-day stay, so the mountain wasn't as vibrant. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service; they pick you up quickly with just a phone call. They also offer pick-up and drop-off from the scenic area, which is very handy. However, in the suite, the sink is directly opposite the toilet in the bathroom, with very little space in between. It feels like a safety hazard, especially for elderly people or children who might bump into it.

The hotel room was very spacious with complete facilities. Although a bit older due to the hotel having been open for a while, it didn't affect their normal use. The hotel service was excellent; they even offered free shuttle service to and from the visitor center. The staff were efficient and very enthusiastic. A special shout-out to Emily from the restaurant – she was incredibly attentive to details, always greeted guests with a smile, and was very professional! The hotel environment was fantastic. On our first day, we were lucky enough to see the 'golden mountain bathed in sunlight' from our room. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Lijiang!

An absolutely amazing stay! It's so much more convenient for mountain access, and the sunrise over the golden peaks is truly breathtaking. Every photo I took turned out perfectly! The service was incredibly thoughtful, meeting all my vacation needs. Full stars, highly recommended!

Environment: It truly lives up to its reputation as one of the best scenic hotels. Being so close to the snow-capped mountains is truly stunning, and it even snowed that day ❄️ - what a delightful surprise! Facilities: The hotel has indeed been open for quite some time. I forgot to close the window, and when I returned to the room, it was freezing. I tried to turn up the heating but found that only cooling was available. Service: Very satisfied! There was always a shuttle service to help with luggage and even drop us off at the attractions.

The room was spacious, the facilities were excellent, and the views were breathtaking. The food selection was abundant, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Overall, a wonderful holiday experience. The travel photography service was a definite bonus and the quality was very impressive.
