Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa

The room facilities are very old, and the public areas are overgrown with weeds. Not only is it old, but the service is also terrible. The courtyard lights don't work, making it feel eerie. The bedroom door was also broken, and the hot tub was incredibly dirty. On top of all that, there's a wooden step under the bed in the bedroom, which is a tripping hazard. Because of this wooden step, my son hit his head and got a bump when getting out of bed. When I reported it to customer service, they didn't even apologize, making us feel like it was our fault – it's outrageous! I strongly advise anyone traveling with children to avoid this hotel!!! The safety rating is poor; that wooden step under the bed is a serious fall risk for kids if they're not careful.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and stunning garden design. The staff are attentive, efficient, and very welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Lijiang!

The room is a private courtyard with an outdoor hot tub, and the hot water is ready in about forty minutes – fantastic! 👍 There's a tree with some fruit in the corner of the courtyard, though I'm not sure what kind. The table and chairs with a parasol in the middle of the courtyard make for a very pleasant spot to enjoy tea or play cards. 👍👍👍 At night, the soft lighting makes the courtyard feel even more tranquil and elegant. 👍👍👍 The hotel has a great natural environment; I even saw a squirrel scurrying along the wall, which was amazing! 😂😂😂 The hotel service is excellent, with golf cart transfers and even food delivery right to your room. The gym was almost always empty, so I had it all to myself twice! 😂😂😂 You can even see the snow-capped mountains behind the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shuhe Ancient Town, just a 15-minute walk away. The interior environment is excellent, and the service is attentive.

The villa is spacious and comes with an outdoor hot tub, which I was very pleased with. Breakfast was also good. For such a large room at this price, the value for money is truly excellent. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews; I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Lijiang.

An excellent experience! The value for money exceeded my expectations. For the price of a standard room, I got a private courtyard with stunning views. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic, even giving us delicious flower cakes and setting up a sunshade in the yard for us. We had reserved a BBQ in the courtyard, and the restaurant staff set everything up perfectly despite the rain. Coincidentally, there was a light drizzle, and having a BBQ in the sound of the rain really elevated the atmosphere. The courtyard was peaceful and comfortable, and the service was meticulous. This was the most unforgettable experience of my trip to Lijiang, truly a perfect vacation vibe.

I stayed in a deluxe two-bedroom villa with my parents. The whole hotel is like a huge garden, and staying there was a real pleasure. The rooms and courtyard were incredibly spacious, and the decor had a distinctive local feel. The bathtub was large, and the room was kept immaculately clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant overlooked the hotel garden, making for a very pleasant dining experience. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the electric shuttle service was prompt. The package also included a complimentary hotel photoshoot, a local chicken hotpot, and station pick-up service. They even thoughtfully decorated the room for a birthday celebration and provided a cake, all free of charge. While some facilities are showing their age due to the hotel's long history, it's clear they make a great effort to maintain everything, and it barely affected our stay. These minor issues are easily overshadowed by the positives; this hotel was definitely the highlight of my trip to Yunnan.

The hotel is very close to Shuhe Ancient Town, making it convenient for getting around. The villa we stayed in this time had a small courtyard, and the hotel's overall environment was very quiet, so the general experience was great. There's still room for improvement in the hotel's service, but it might also be due to the larger crowds during the summer.

Choosing the Pullman standalone villa with my family for this Lijiang trip was absolutely the best decision we made. Even though some of the hotel's amenities are a bit dated, the entire property felt like a peaceful, secluded oasis, perfect for just relaxing all day. The service was prompt and excellent, and the location was exceptional, offering views of the distant Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
