The hotel itself was very beautiful, however as its old it seems that little has been done to upkeep the hotel. Many of the shops, even the coffee place, was closed. The gym equipment is super limited barely enough for a workout. What’s mostly disappointing was the service; we always stay at Pullman but this was the only hotel that we felt the service was lacking and not welcoming. Additionally if you have takeaways they put it right at the entrance of the hotel: we ordered coffee and it was spilled due to the wind.

The hotel is great, close to Baisha Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town, making it convenient to get around. The hot tub was very relaxing, and all the staff were very diligent. I'd recommend staying here again next time.

The Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa is absolutely fantastic! The Naxi-style gardens are elegant and serene, and we had a stunning view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from our window. The overall atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. Our room was spacious and spotless, and Rita provided warm and attentive service. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Plus, it's conveniently located near Shuhe Ancient Town, making getting around very easy. Overall, a perfect experience – it's definitely my top choice for a vacation, and I highly recommend it!!!

Our stay was excellent. The garden landscape is beautiful, and the hot springs are wonderfully relaxing. The hotel offers a wide range of activities: we watched the sunrise over the golden mountains in the morning, enjoyed afternoon tea, and savored complimentary cocktails in the evening. The service was commendable. Rita was warm, professional, and paid great attention to detail. It's perfectly located, not too far nor too close to Shuhe Ancient Town, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle with expansive views. It’s definitely our top choice for a vacation in Lijiang, offering great value for money and highly recommended.

This hotel is an absolute gem for villa-style accommodation, offering incredible value for money. The first thing I saw when I walked in was Jade Dragon Snow Mountain – and I got to see it every single day, coming and going! It was pure bliss, truly. The restaurant is excellent, we even had dinner there one night. We also ordered a spa treatment to our room, which was perfect! Everything was wonderful; this hotel was definitely a source of joy for my vacation!

The room is small but genuinely comfortable. We chose the Pullman at the foot of the snow-capped mountains for our family trip during the Spring Festival. Although this hotel is a bit old, the quality is still pretty good. For this price, plus the service and the views, it's really top-notch. I saw mixed reviews online before booking, but our actual stay was truly excellent. The butler added me on WeChat a day in advance to ask about any pre-arrangements needed. For example, I asked them to turn on the heating and set up children's amenities. When we arrived, the room was already warm, and the kids' items were neatly arranged. It definitely has five-star quality. The only minor drawback might be that some room facilities are a bit dated, but it didn't impact our stay. The TV was also connected to the internet, so the kids could watch their favorite shows, which was great.

During the Spring Festival, the front desk service was terrible, though oddly enough, the restaurant staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The fried chicken from room service was undercooked the first time, and even the replacement wasn't thoroughly cooked.

The facilities here are a bit old, but the overall atmosphere is cozy, and the hygiene is acceptable. The staff are also very enthusiastic. The overall environment is unbeatable, even more beautiful than Shuhe Ancient Town itself.

Overall, the experience was superb, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday in Lijiang!

The environment is beautiful, the service is warm, and the overall maintenance is pretty good. The lobby and park offer direct views of the snowy mountains. The parking lot has charging stations, which is convenient for self-driving tours. Excellent value for money!

Facilities: As a Pullman hotel under Accor's premium line, I had a predisposition when booking, and the quality control of a large group is a strong endorsement. However, it was only upon checking in that I realized the Pullman Lijiang absolutely offers excellent value for money and stands out among Pullman hotels in China. We were on a family trip with two older children, and the moment we opened the room door, we were incredibly delighted – it truly exceeded our expectations. This duplex room was incredibly spacious, equipped with both air conditioning and underfloor heating. In February, the room felt wonderfully warm as soon as we entered. Even the bathrooms had underfloor heating, which was genuinely comfortable. There were two beds on the first floor and a king-sized bed on the second. The bedding was so comfortable; as this was our first stop, we were experiencing significant altitude sickness, and our quality sleep here was well-guaranteed, which was incredibly helpful for alleviating the symptoms. The room had two bathrooms and all necessary amenities. The furniture and room design were very thoughtful; the biggest feeling was comfort. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent. Housekeeping staff cleaned the room punctually every day, including turndown service. They truly work hard, tidying up such a large room thoroughly multiple times. Thumbs up. Environment: The location is superior, facing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Every morning, you can watch the 'golden mountain illuminated by sunrise.' The hotel's design is very open and expansive, making for a refreshing and uplifting stay with excellent air quality. It's about a 10-minute drive to Shuhe Ancient Town and 30 minutes to Lijiang Old Town. Nearby towns, shops, restaurants, and food delivery services are all very convenient. Service: Honestly, the service was excellent. From the initial phone communication to the WeChat interactions with welcome ambassadors Lily and Tory, to the front desk staff, bellhops, restaurant staff, and housekeeping – every single person made us feel right at home, providing a sense of complete ease. Considering both value for money and suitability, I believe booking a Pullman villa for a family trip is an incredibly wise choice. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I will definitely stay here.

It's perfect for families or friends looking to relax. The hotel service is also fantastic, with very prompt responses. It's an excellent choice for those who want to lazily enjoy the golden mountain bathed in sunlight (a stunning sunrise/sunset view).

The room was very spacious, perfect for a family. The hotel's golf cart service was always available and the staff provided excellent service. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Lijiang and will recommend it to my friends.
