It blends the aesthetics of traditional folk houses with modern comfort. Sitting quietly in the courtyard, listening to the wind and enjoying the scenery, one feels far from the hustle and bustle. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the details are touching. It's an ideal retreat found in Shuhe. The owner is enthusiastic and humorous, even offering free rides to Baisha Ancient Town in their spare time.

This is a charming hotel, conveniently located right by the North Gate. The service was excellent; they reserved a second-floor room for us in advance and even helped us buy tape. Any issues we had were promptly addressed. The room facilities were quite new, and there wasn't that musty smell you sometimes get in wooden buildings.

This guesthouse is beautiful and unique, with an antique charm. The courtyard is especially lovely, and the breakfast is abundant, with the rice noodles being particularly delicious. The manager and staff are all very enthusiastic, and they even upgraded our room for free. I highly recommend it! It's also close to Shuhe Ancient Town, just a short walk away. Our entire trip in Lijiang was very enjoyable.

In Lijiang, I stayed in a small courtyard that made me reluctant to leave. This time in Lijiang, I stayed in a very comfortable B&B called Ansu Shuimu Holiday Courtyard. We stayed in a room with a private courtyard. I really like this type of accommodation; you have your own space just outside your room where you can sit and get some fresh air, instead of being cooped up inside as soon as you get back. The courtyard has small flowers and plants, and even a little swing. Individually, they're not rare items, but when put together in this courtyard, it feels very comfortable. You can tell the owner put thought into integrating and arranging the courtyard; it has a local flavor and a lived-in feel. I especially liked being able to go upstairs to the second floor. Changing your vantage point to look at the distant scenery, then looking down at the courtyard, it's just nice to be there. Sometimes travel itineraries are too packed; you visit one place and immediately think about going to the next. But staying here, you feel that taking a break in the small courtyard doesn't really delay anything. After this stay, the most lasting impression is this sense of ease and relaxation. The flowers, plants, swing, the courtyard, and that moment of looking at the scenery from upstairs – even after returning, I still remember that peacock. If you come to Lijiang and want to carve out some leisurely time for yourself, you can consider this place. A very beautiful courtyard! There are many plants and flowers, especially well-maintained ones like hydrangeas and blue snowflakes, blooming vibrantly. While Yunnan's favorable climate for flora is a big factor, it also speaks volumes about the owner's care and taste. With swings and other child-friendly amenities, it really evokes that relaxed Lijiang vibe. The courtyard is also full of interesting oddities, like an ancient chariot? It feels like the owner has collected many hobbies, making it a hotel with a lot of character and stories.

Had a wonderful experience! The courtyard environment is lovely, with well-maintained plants thanks to the gardener. The young staff members made us feel very comfortable and were easy to talk to and communicate with. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

Extremely satisfied! We could park right in front of the B&B, which is super close to Shuhe Ancient Town, just across the way. The B&B also has a washing machine and dryer. The service attitude was excellent; they were always available. The environment of the B&B was very comfortable, and it was convenient for visiting other attractions. The host was very attentive, and breakfast was comprehensive. On our second day, we couldn't make it for breakfast, but he even prepared some for us to take in the car. There was also a swing, giving off a very relaxed vibe. You could easily stay for several days. The best part was their bedding; it was exceptionally good. I even asked them for a link after I got back. Their bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable, I slept so well as soon as I lay down.

This hotel was our last stop in Shuhe, and it exceeded all expectations. We initially planned to stay one day but ended up extending for another. The guesthouse is located just a few hundred meters, about a five-minute walk, from the North Gate of Shuhe Ancient Town. Since vehicles aren't allowed inside the ancient town and guests struggle with luggage on the cobblestone paths, staying just outside is much more convenient. The owner and staff were incredibly warm and helpful; they proactively offered to assist with our luggage and even upgraded us to a room with a bathtub, which was double the size of our previous room. The decor features typical Naxi-style earth building architecture, yet it feels spacious and grand. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decoration, including ethnic-themed paintings. Every day, the owner greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. The courtyard is beautifully maintained with azaleas, cherry trees, a swimming pool, a swing, and a pristine lawn, all tidied daily. The guesthouse offers a lovely breakfast; each guest gets a freshly made bowl of rice noodles and milk prepared by an auntie. The owner mentioned the minced meat was stir-fried by them, and it was delicious. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. After eating, it's very pleasant to relax in the lobby for a bit. You can play Go or Chinese chess, and there's a piano and guitar. My boyfriend even played a little, creating a very cozy atmosphere. Sometimes you'd hear other guests playing their favorite tunes. It’s a very comfortable stay with a great living vibe, perfect for a short trip with family or friends. We had a wonderfully comfortable two-day stay. When it was time to leave for our next destination, the owner and staff kindly saw us off. Unlike traditional hotels, this place truly makes you feel at home.

The lobby is filled with antique collectibles that the owner has gathered, which are really eye-catching. The courtyard is beautifully arranged and even has cherry trees with delicious cherries you can pick directly. The room itself is spacious and clean. If you order takeout, the staff will even help bring it to your door. The owner is very kind and drove us around.
