The courtyard is huge and absolutely amazing. There are various rooms and public areas with different characteristics, a swimming pool, a cafe, a book bar, and a tea room. Every corner feels incredibly comfortable, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

This guesthouse is a huge villa; every spot is photogenic, every angle is perfect for pictures! When I visited, I even saw a couple taking wedding photos. The courtyard, glass walkway, and poolside are all natural photo locations, guaranteeing amazing shots. I heard it can also be used as a bridal suite; the detached space is both private and comfortable—it would be such a special and romantic place for newlyweds. The biggest surprise was the receptionist, a former professional barista who can do everything from pour-over coffee to latte art. Sitting in the courtyard, sipping her homemade latte with some desserts, chatting away was so relaxing. I spent the whole afternoon here, taking photos, drinking coffee, and just strolling around—I didn't want to leave!

The staff were very welcoming and introduced us to local specialties. They even thoughtfully prepared afternoon tea, and breakfast included local rice noodles, which were quite delicious. The room was very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was a very good stay, and I would definitely choose this place again next time I visit Shuhe Ancient Town.

They even offer a delightful afternoon tea with cappuccino and small cakes – a truly special experience! Breakfast was a generous spread of rice noodles, sweet potatoes, and eggs! This place is perfect for a relaxing vacation, allowing you to slowly savor the tranquility.

A hidden gem of a guesthouse in Shuhe Ancient Town! The guesthouse is like a secluded paradise within Shuhe Ancient Town. It's just a 5-minute walk to the South Gate of the ancient town. The stay here is very quiet, allowing you to experience the slow pace of life in Lijiang. The rooms are spacious and stylishly designed, and I especially loved the separate wet and dry areas. The butler service was also very nice; they helped with my luggage 🧳, which was very thoughtful. They were always there to help with any problems! A perfect experience! The bed in the room was very soft and comfortable 😌, and I fell asleep quickly! The guesthouse has several small courtyards 🌲, and the environment is very nice, perfect for taking photos. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lijiang!!
