The inn's location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the ancient town. Step out, and you're surrounded by popular spots. You don't have to go far for local snacks either; it's a food and exploration paradise. I have to commend the owner's hospitality! As soon as we arrived in the ancient town, they proactively helped us with our luggage and even shared super practical tips for eating and sightseeing, including warnings about places to avoid. We didn't have to do any research ourselves. Our stay was incredibly stress-free. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lijiang!

We didnt receive luggage carrier service . First time when we arrived, their response was not prompt and second time when we leave they only suggested to offer it with the condition if the staff is at the lobby. And nobody was at the lobby .. The towel was disposable, which I wouldn’t prefer

Host very helpful and give great suggestions on how to tour the city plus quick in replying any queries. Very family and friendly atmosphere. Excellent location, not far from entrance and yet assessible to many attractions. Only minor shortfall is it use disposable towel which to us not as comfortable.

Arriving at the hotel, you are greeted with the owner which can speak english. He suggested us places to visit in Lijiang Old Town. A helper was there during check in and check out to bring your bags in a cart as the guesthouse is in the old town area where it is not accessible by car. I loved the room which had bed warmers, washing machine and dryers which you could use. The location is great if you would like to find halal food as most of it is located at the south area outside of the old town. A walking distance from the hotel. Again I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

This is the best budget stay we had during our 11 days trip in Yunnan. 1. The owner can speak English which is a HUGE plus point. They will contact you a day before your arrival (please download WeChat) and will give you address for Didi drop off (the inn located inside the Old Town, so it's impossible to access by car) 2. They have free luggages pick up service which is another HUGE plus point. Since you can't reach the inn by car, you have to drag your luggages all the way to the inn which is so exhausting because the road inside the Old Town are made of cobblestone. There are a lot of luggage porter services but you have to pay obviously. Oh they have no elevators and picked our luggages (2 huge heavy ones and 2 hand carry) all the way to our rooms. And brought them down when we checked out and sent them by porter to our Didi pick up point 3. Its the first inn/guesthouse we stayed that provided us with detailed map of the old town, which bus to take to the famous attractions in Lijiang. And they are very responsive to our questions in WeChat. 4. They changed our towels and amenities everyday. They provided free drinking bottles at the reception 5. They provided washing machine and drier (with detergent) 6. Since we're muslims he even sent us list with locations on wechat of the Halal restaurants nearby. So nice really 7. They have hot water 24/7 But if you want to order in food, asked them for the address first. If not the food will end up somewhere else.

We slept well as the bed has a heating function. Contacted the inn earlier to help us book our trip to the snow mountain. It was excellent. A young man helped us carry our luggage . Appreciate it a lot.

Guesthouse very comfortable in terms of cleanliness, facilities, have washer dryer. Provide free flow mineral water, just take it at counter. The cons is to walk around 15mins to go to south gate. But overall this guesthouse is good.

This is a very pleasant hotel inside the old town city. When we arrived, our host Xiao Yuan pick us up from the town gate and had kindly helped us with our bags. She even gave us some tips on interesting eats in the old town, which we tried, and sincerely love it. Xiao Yuan and Xiao Yang have both made our stay a very pleasant and wonderful one. Keep it up! Great work. 👍👍👍 When we leave, Xiao Yuan also made sure to send us to our transport at the town gate. Do stay inside the old town when you are at Lijiang, everything is here.

Highly recommend this guest house to everyone! Definitely stay here again if we come back Lijiang. 1. They have staffs pick us up and help us bring the luggage. This's supper helpful. 2. Great location and super quiet 3. The owner know English which is very helpful here 4. A memorable 3 night stay! Great location! Comfy room! Quiet surroundings! Pick up and drop off at entrance of Lijiang ancient town. Manager, Xiao Nan and his assistants were helpful, friendly and personable. Xiao Nan speaks English as well as Mandarin. Upon arrival, Xiao Nan gave us a brief introduction of Lijiang’s attractions and yummy restaurants. He helped us booked Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tickets. And recommended downloading Baidu Map App, which provides basic map and navigation information. All in all, we had an amazing stay and enjoyed the wonderful Lijiang.

Absolutely amazing! My healing time in Lijiang was made possible entirely by this heavenly guesthouse ✨ I have to rave about this Lijiang guesthouse! From the moment I stepped off the bus, I felt completely healed—the housekeeper was already waiting for us at the door, offering warm Pu'er tea while helping with our luggage, and thoughtfully introducing the succulents and bougainvillea in the courtyard along the way, making us feel right at home. Our room was incredible! Opening the window revealed layers of blue-tiled roofs, with distant snow-capped mountains shimmering in the sunlight. Waking up to birdsong in the morning, sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee watching the clouds drift by—it was the quintessential Lijiang slow-paced lifestyle. The room's details were also impeccable; the pure cotton bedding was so soft I didn't want to get out, the bathroom had a clean, separate shower and toilet, and even the toiletries had a subtle woody scent—refined and comfortable. The courtyard is a treasure! In the evenings, my friends and I sat in the courtyard, the owner brought out his homemade plum wine, we watched the stars and chatted, and occasionally a local auntie would sing a few lines of Naxi folk songs—the atmosphere was simply divine. The portions were generous and the service was heartwarming. Before we left, the housekeeper thoughtfully reminded us of the weather and planned off-the-beaten-path routes, completely avoiding the crowded tourist spots. This guesthouse was definitely the biggest surprise of our Lijiang trip! It offered incredible value for money, and the service was even more attentive than a five-star hotel. I've already recommended it to all my friends going to Lijiang, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!
