We had an excellent stay at Jinmao Pureal Mountain Lijiang, with no complaints about the staff, food, or rooms. This 5-star hotel truly delivers 5-star service. The sunrise view from our room was breathtaking, adding a magical start to each day. Even when we requested buggy services to transport us between the main lobby and our block, the wait time was minimal, ensuring convenience throughout our stay. The high tea and breakfast provided were exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. As we stayed during Christmas, we were delighted to receive complimentary ham to accompany our dinner, which added a festive touch to our experience.

Excellent stay- Beautifully curated room with Naxi architectural details. Comfortable stay with impeccable service from Chinese and Western options for breakfast that is beautifully plated, delicious dinner (affordably priced). Staff is very friendly and engaging- we particularly enjoyed the Botanic hike in the morning and just hanging around the still rustic village of Yuhu. Highly recommend staying at the The Rock and enjoy a luxurious, cultural stay surrounded by snow mountains. P.s. The hotel is located in a scenic area so do let them know the car plate no before coming.

The inn is located at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain. You can see the snow mountain when you get up and go out in the morning. The room has a bathtub. After climbing the snow mountain on the second day of the stay, it is very comfortable to take a hot bath and relieve muscle soreness. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide breakfast service. The boss said that breakfast has not been made since the beginning of the epidemic, so you need to walk 10 minutes to Yuhu Village for meals. There are also several snack restaurants in the village to choose from, and the food is not bad. But it is acceptable for this price. After all, the price of the inn in the village is more expensive. It is also very pleasant to spend half a day strolling in Yuhu Village and enjoying the quiet time.

One of the most special hotels we’ve experienced in our China trip. 小邰 Xiao Tai was super helpful throughout our stay from arranging airport pick up to nearby activities like Naxi family visits, complimentary photoshoots, campfire experience and mountain sunrise trips. He even delivered the afternoon tea set to our room since we arrived late from the airport! We really enjoyed our stay because of him. The room is super clean and has floor heating if it gets cold. The staff provides water, snacks and pot noodles free of charge every day. Breakfast was lovely especially the noodles and chicken hot pot! You can also ask for medicines in case you experience high altitude sickness for free.

Love love love the location. Within walking distance to the reservoir which made it easy to go for a stroll at sunrise or sunset without any logistical restrictions. Room was clean and view was amazing. However not a big fan of the room facilities especially the AI toilet (not sure why it must flush the moment I sit down every time). The shower also floods every time it is used. As I stayed here with a friend (not a couple) the barely frosted glass on the shower and toilet doors meant we had to be very comfortable with each other. The staff were on the whole polite but service was inconsistent- some staff were friendlier than others. One of the staff started shutting off the restaurant facilities before we were done with dinner which I felt was an awkward way to hurry us. I spent a total of six days in Lijiang this time. Xuelu B&B is the most satisfying one. I have stayed in more expensive and cheaper ones. This B&B has the best and most humane service. The room I booked has breakfast and dinner, and the food is very good and clean. The spare ribs are better than what we eat in restaurants outside. Coffee and drinks are free all day. As long as you go out or come back, the people in the store will ask if you need coffee or dessert. If you don’t want to go out, you can send it to the room. The housekeeper will help with the luggage. If there is a problem with the room, you can call someone to deal with it immediately. There are singers singing in the inn at night, and you can drink coffee and chat. The room layout is very good, the room is very large, the facilities and equipment are very good, very clean, the room has floor-to-ceiling windows, the bedding is very comfortable, the bath towels are disposable and very reliable, the room also has a sound system. When you don’t go out, it’s very comfortable to sit on the balcony and drink coffee and listen to music. The water for taking a bath is also very hot. Their service is very comprehensive. At first, I was worried that the service was so enthusiastic that I would sell something. Later, I found that I was small-minded and it was just a simple service. The tourist routes and strategies introduced were also very practical and fun. The village where the B&B is located is also very quaint and unique. It is much more comfortable than the place where I stayed in Baisha Ancient Town. Baisha is also very good, but the traffic jams are very serious and there are a lot of people. This place is very quiet and the traffic is very smooth. I recommend that you come here to stay for two days. Both the B&B and the village are worth your experience.

The hotel is surrounded by Yulong Snow Mountain. You can see the snow-capped peaks and Caohai Wetland by opening the window. There are multiple viewing platforms and open-air lounge chairs in the public area. The activities organized by the hotel are also rich and colorful, and parent-child hand-made experiences are arranged, which are intimate and interesting. I was also very lucky to see the sunrise in the morning. Thanks to the housekeeper who drove me to the viewing platform early in the morning. This trip was perfect

A family traveled and booked two balcony twin rooms. The store arranged two adjacent rooms. It was already early in the morning when we arrived at the hotel. Xiaoli at the front desk turned on the air conditioner and electric blanket in advance, and helped to take the luggage to the room. The service was excellent. The location was also good. It was not far from the Rizhao Jinshan (it was a pity that we didn't see it). We didn't have to get up too early.

I have never lived in an RV before. This is my first experience. It is really a novel feeling. The starry sky ceiling, the curtains can be opened to see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It only takes a few minutes to see the sunrise and Jinshan in the morning. The lady helped us to get breakfast to the room! It is very convenient to wash in the RV. The experience is very good!
