Ptana Hotel (Xinhualian Square Branch)

This stay was fantastic! The hotel has a great location with convenient transportation. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, making me feel right at home. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it to my friends. I'll definitely stay here again!

I came to Liling to visit relatives and originally planned to stay at the Wyndham, but my relatives said there was a new one nearby, so I stayed there instead. I arrived around 1 a.m. When I checked in, I told the front desk four or five times not to book the last room. I travel for work all year round and have stayed in countless hotels in countless cities, but this was the last room I found. I called the front desk to ask why it was the last room, and the first thing she said was that she didn't have any rooms left. I said she should have told me earlier that she didn't have any rooms left, so I could choose not to stay. Then she said she didn't know it was the last room... Considering it was almost 2 a.m., I hung up. I've been traveling for work for over ten years and have stayed in hotels all over China, and this is the first time I've ever experienced this. I was utterly speechless.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a great sense of technology! The freshly ground coffee at the front desk was fantastic! 👍👍

I booked a room at the last minute in the early morning. When I arrived at the hotel at 3 a.m., the front desk was cold and the room was cold. The heating didn't turn on for a long time. I called the staff to ask them to bring an extra blanket, but they told me that the hotel was full and there were no blankets available. They told us to wait. When the air conditioning in the room finally came on, I checked the room and there were blankets available. I was speechless!

走廊裏的香薰味太重了薰的人頭暈，酒店是跟KTV開在一起的。房間空間很大，但是燈實在太暗了，把所有的燈都打開，開到最亮都不夠用，尤其是洗漱台光線太暗了女孩子沒法化粧。門口的停車位很有限，大概八個，停滿了就衹能聽到酒店後面的停車場，停完了得從街外邊繞進酒店，行李多的話不太方便。優點是位置不錯，在最繁華的地段。

環境極差，最開始的房間進去很重的煙味，地上還有前面客人吐在地上的煙蒂和嚼過的檳榔渣，然後前台給我們換了房間後，床上用品不知道有沒有更換，上面有頭髮，還有很多黑色的**，整床都是，牆角還有蜘蛛被我們打死，因為窗户全部都是打開的，還有小的蟑螂。 這樣的酒店，不知道怎麼評上四星，我一晚上睡覺都覺得身上癢，沒睡好，隔音效果也差，實際完全不符合它的星級。可能還比不上快捷酒店，這是我住過最差最差最差的四星酒店。

酒店前台小姐姐熱情服務，主動為我們提供洗衣烘乾服務，房間乾淨衞生，周邊出行和吃飯都便捷。酒店設施很新，房間智能化程度高。下次來醴陵還住他家。

吃完早餐後回房間就發現床上有衹蜘蛛，退房時告知前台，居然無動於衷，一點反映也沒有，真是無語

房間寬敞，投影大且清晰，房間智能，可以語音控制，有機器人送快遞，前後各一個停車場，免費停車。寵物友好，樓下餐廳多，位置好，去博物館和撿瓷廠距離都不遠。床品舒適，水流及水温適宜。非常推薦
