This hotel is all about the location. It’s perfect right in the centre with access to the Grande Place and old Town Lille. Plenty of restaurants near by and friendly staff. Sometimes all you want is a place to lay your head and we found the bed comfortable. The room clean and a fantastic view out of the front with an unexpected balcony. Even better it’s cheap!

Clean room in a perfect location for us, right in the old town with many restaurants and shops. Considering it had three beds there was not much space and TV which we did not use would have been difficult to see from the single bed it was good. The toilet room was big, but a sink for hand washing missing which was on the other side of the room. We slept with open window as we we don’t like ACs. People with slighter sleep might find the outside noise from people annoying. The beds are nice and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good for this type of hotel. We’ll set up to start a good day. Very friendly helpful staff throughout. When I go back it would be my choice again.

The hotel is in a Great position in Lille

The staff members were nice and polite. The problem was the hotel room and facilities. Stuffy, with only one very small circular window, so it was very claustrophobic for two. Minimal amenities, no complimentary water, no fridge and no kettle. It was just like a student hostel, but only slightly cheaper than other hotels in Lille, so we regretted our choice. We have stayed in Ibis hotels elsewhere, but have rarely felt so uncomfortable.

A nice Ibis hotel in the very centre of Lille. Room was very spacious and clean. Comfy bed, decent shower and excellent buffet breakfast. It wasn't a problem for me, but being on a busy pedestrian road, there was a lot of late night street noise so may be an issue for light sleepers.

Souhaitant passés le nouvel an dans votre charmante ville , je me dois de vous faire ressentir ma déception durant notre séjour ! A notre arrivée de Paris, impossible de se rapprocher de l'hôtel ( centre ville fermé durant le weekend) nous obligeant à garer notre voiture à la gare durant notre séjour (7mns sous la pluie à pieds) , votre personnel aurait dû nous prévenir au moment de la réservation par téléphone qui du reste a pris notre réservation à la rigolade -En arrivant dans la chambre , déception énorme à la vue de notre chambre (couloir) -Chauffage se déclenchant automatiquement assez bruyant ! -L'eau chaude qui n'arrive pas assez vite ou le personnel nous annoncent qu'il faut faire tirer l'eau chaude assez longtemps sachant que nous sommes au troisième étage (pas trop écologique tout ça ) - Au réveil , quel plaisir d'être réveiller par la cafeteria au quatrième (bruits des chaises et autres) -La literie passant plus de temps à remonter le matelas qui glisse et qui tombe au sol - Aucune enseigne éclairante à l'entrée de l'hôtel -Evacuation de l'eau de la douche qui s'évacue au ralenti pourtant au troisième étage Je vous souhaite tout de même une excellente année 2024 partant du principe que toutes mes critiques serviront à gérer au mieux toutes les remarques Etant membre Accord , j'ai eu l'habitude de fréquenter durant onze ans vos établissements dans la France entière et n'ai jamais vu autant de soucis dans votre hôtel Un personnel plus dynamique serait au top!
