This hotel is a complete scam targeting its guests! I have all the evidence with pictures and videos. The room was nothing like the pictures, yet the owner demanded extra payment. When I contacted ctrip, they claimed it was an upgrade fee! I had already paid the room fee online, but they demanded an additional $30 USD. The owner's attitude was arrogant and rude, insisting on cash payment. The hotel was dirty, dark, and had poor soundproofing. There were even fights between the owner and other guests at night. I checked out early. I hope the platform takes strict action against this hotel!
