The most unacceptable aspect of this hotel is its windows. They're like French doors, and the soundproofing is incredibly poor. Even though there are two layers, the sound insulation is terrible, and the latches are very difficult to secure. The window-door on the side facing the room simply cannot be closed tightly. Outside is a large plaza where countless people are dancing, making it very noisy and lively. The traffic in that area is extremely busy, with many drivers honking their horns. Despite the poor soundproofing, I was still able to sleep at night. On the positive side, if you enjoy lively scenes, you can stand in your room and watch people dance outside, which is quite interesting. If you prefer a quieter experience, you could choose a room on the other side of the hotel. Although it also faces a street, it's definitely better than the side I stayed on. How can they even call this a five-star hotel??? Don't their own staff know how bad the soundproofing of these window-doors is? And they don't even update them. I'm speechless. The room only provides one bottle of water. Anyway, whenever I saw the cleaning cart, I'd just grab a few extra bottles. However, the hotel is conveniently located in the city center. It's about a three to four-minute walk to a large shopping mall and also a big supermarket, making shopping and buying food quite convenient. It's only about a 20-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. The exterior view is also good because it's on a high floor. My Ctrip booking included breakfast, but the hotel actually offers two types of breakfast. Ctrip listed 'Limachi's Promise' breakfast, which is an American breakfast served on the hotel's top floor. Not many people eat there, and the variety of dishes is limited. The breakfast with more options is on the second floor of the hotel, but Ctrip doesn't sell it and it's not part of the package sold on Ctrip. If you want to eat the second-floor breakfast, it costs an additional $25. The top-floor breakfast has a great view. He was very puzzled why they only offer American breakfast on the top floor, as the hotel's main restaurant is actually on the second floor... See the pictures. I also tried dinner at the hotel's second-floor restaurant, ordering Amazonian fried rice and a beef noodle dish that I'm not even sure how to describe. The noodles were acceptable, but the sauce with the rice in the Amazonian fried rice was a bit bitter. I honestly don't recommend ordering it, unless you're feeling adventurous and want to try something new. There were two copies of the Book of Mormon in the room's drawer, which suggests this hotel has joined the Mormon Church. Even though it's a five-star hotel with many staff members at the entrance, only one young man helped me with my luggage. He was polite, but all the others were security guards who just stared while I struggled with my heavy luggage. They did nothing. I'm speechless. If you have a fear of heights, try to avoid booking this hotel. Its design features a central atrium, allowing you to see all the way down from your floor, which is quite terrifying. Every time I had to go to my room, I had to walk against the wall, afraid to look down. It's very high.

The room was spacious, and the location was excellent. However, the facilities were quite old, and there was no coffee maker or electric kettle. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of fruits; I especially liked the golden passion fruit. It's conveniently located in the city center for easy travel, but the main road in front of the hotel gets quite congested.

Excellent service - really friendly front desk staff who upgraded us to junior suite and provided us with breakfast vouchers all FOC! Housekeeping was really responsive and prompt with all our requests as well. Excellent location with a big mall right beside.

This hotel is nice, food is good, nice view, people around and staff is nice but some of them need to be a bit more relaxed and have more customer service orientation.

The hotel is located near the historic district, right across from a square, so you can easily walk there. It's also next to a large mall, which makes shopping convenient. This is an older hotel in Lima, so the facilities are a bit dated, but the overall service is still good.

Right during the Easter holiday, it was super convenient to have a mall next door. It's about 1 km from the main attraction, Plaza de Armas, which is a 15-20 minute walk. A taxi ride to the airport takes about half an hour.

The hotel is located in Lima's Old Town, surrounded by many historical buildings. Downstairs there's a square, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants, making it a very lively area.

The hotel environment is great, and the surrounding area is very safe. Right across the street is a small square where many people dance and jog.

When I checked in, the bathroom light was already out, and it kept falling off! A truly terrible stay!
