I went to Barranco, without a reservation. I just knocked the door of this hotel and Giancarlo welcome me. Since I steped in, the staff was very friendly. I really appreciate that. Then they showed me 3 rooms. I choosed, the one with a bathtub. The room was large with a king size bed and a sitting area. Breakfast was fine. Good Peruvian coffee and scramble eggs, with ham. Thank you, for everything.

Great stay in a boutique hotel. Good staff, always willing to help you. Nice atmosphere. Cozy hotel with a good location. The manager Giancarlo told me, the hotel had been opened , for almost 9 years. If you like history, this is the correct hotel.

Super unique place, very cool antique details and decorations. Has everything you would need and is very central to sights around Barranco. Walking distance from Miraflores. Loved my stay here

This is a fabulous, quaint and eclectically decorated boutique hotel. We enjoyed the originality of each room and the shared spaces. You get a sense that every room has a distinct story to tell as one could spend hours discovering all the unique furnishings and decor. We had a one night stay which was reasonably priced for the popular Barranco neighborhood. The front desk staff were welcoming, personable, friendly, bilingual and extremely helpful, tending to our needs as our delayed and cancelled flights pushed our arrival to very late in the night. The only opportunity we experienced was the cleanliness of the tub and bed linens. However, if you fancy an eclectic aesthetic at a reasonable price, you would enjoy this boutique hotel.

I loved staying at Casa Falleri!!! My husband and I stayed for a couple of days and the only thing I can say is how helpful and willing are the staff of Casa Falleri towards their guests...they would go out their way to make it pleasant for us...in Barranco it's cold in October and a bit humid but we didn't feel this because the manager himself brought us a " Dehumidizer" to make us feel comfortable and pleasant...I definitely recommend Casa Falleri in every sense...like breakfast...rooms...lovely showers etc.. if you want your trip to be as pleasant and warm welcoming as us stay at Casa Falleri!!! Thank you so much for everything and we"ll be back!!!

The only hotel I stay at when I’m in Lima is CF! The staff has become like family to me and the service is impeccable. If you want to be close to the action in Barranco and have a unique boutique hotel experience, do yourself a favor and book this place! Giancarlo and the guys will go above beyond to make it well worth your while…

How this can be ranked as a good hotel is beyond me! Do NOT stay here if you; 1. Suffer even mild allergies of any sort; 2. Don’t like damp rooms/towels/bed linen; 3. Don’t like grimy bathrooms with dirt/dust on the floor; 4. Not keen on having the staff put a dehumidifier in your room to combat the damp; or 5. Get very annoyed with hotels that portray in advertising something very different to the reality We would have checked out immediately but we arrived too late to find another hotel on that first night. We checked out the next day after spending the night sleeping on damp ish bed linen mixed with bed bugs. Pointing the finger not at the staff but the Owner who seemingly doesn’t care if basic cleanliness standards are not met. Invest in a good vacuum cleaning service for goodness sake. Don’t fall for the Managers excuse that the rooms are damp because it is two blocks from the ocean-we have previously stayed at a Barranco hotel 50m from the seafront 3 weeks earlier and the interiors were not damp. Casa Falleri is a dump and if I could have given it zero stars then I would have. We will fight hard to demand a refund. Find another option if you can.

Great location to enjoy all that Barranco and Lima has to offer. An old mansion houses this boutique hotel. Lots of eclectic decor. They’ve had a rough go because of COVID and politics. But now Lima is fun and safe and Barranco is happening. The staff continuously offers to help you with anything.

Do not believe these reviews!!! The place is filthy and its immediately evident upon entering. I had reserved 2 rooms with AMEX Travel and had selected a non-refundable price as I knew I would be traveling to the area back in July 2023. The structure of the home is as it shows but when you see it up close it is not maintained. There is nothing boutique about it. It is full of antiquities but the organization and the lack of cleaning makes it look like a hoarder lives in it. If you still wish to stay at this location make sure you get a refundable price as you will probably regret it if you care about staying at a clean location. I lost my money when I decided not to stay at the place - we couldn't check in under these conditions. I ended having to book at the DoubleTree Mira Flores in Lima and lost my money in this place by not selecting a refundable fee. Be kind to your spouse or significant other and find a different place to stay.
