It was a great experience staying in the Mediterranean City of Dreams for 2 nights!
The room is large and new, the bed is very comfortable, and the balcony view is unbeatable;
The breakfast is very rich, the latte coffee is delicious, and the Chinese restaurant is particularly recommended. The barbecued pork and roast duck are very good, completely beyond expectations;

We travelled to the City of Dreams and couldn’t be more disappointed. The hotel is basically centred around a huge ******. It is catering for the Jewish market. I had a pint dropped over me without an apology at the beach bar and trying to get into the late night bar it was 1 in, 1 out, unless you were from Isreal and they let you walk straight through! The Asian restaurant is lovely but you are looking out onto the ****** with loud noise and smoking in your ears and nose. Around the pool you have to wear a wrist band for no real reason too! So it’s certainly not a hotel I would return to!

We heared a lot about city of dreams , but when we see it in reel its totally different because its more beautiful, amazing ****** ( hope we will win one day) and the service amazing, we will come every month, but the most amazing thing here its NERMINE, she is a star thank you for everything you did to me and to my family, thank you to see always your smile, Thank you so much for your professionality

Our friends came here and recommend for us this hotel, but in reel It’s more beautiful, and the most important that they told us how nermine help them and when you came you met nermine , she is like queen and she is the best of the best , she is very helpful and very professional. Probably one of the worst stay ever ! I will start with the positive part, reception ( check in) and room were impeccable BUT Staff were arrogant, rude and absolutely impolite Restaurant staff had no clue of what was on the menu Food was so bad that I gad to send back both my main course and desert !

I meet one staff her name nermine she's really very friendly and she help us and everything you want you can ask her she the right person thank you see you next time I hope to came next time with my family....also the hotel it's very nice located near to everyone
