This is an adult style hotel which presents an air of calm tranquillity in which to unwind. The whole place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. All rooms are laid out round the pool with a view towards the lake. There's a spar with indoor pool and plenty of sunbeds to enjoy outside. Low-key entertainment was put on in the bar on a few evenings when we were there in late summer. The food at breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner is of a very high quality. It's fresh and varied every day. Drinks prices are reasonable. But the standout feature that makes this place a 5 star experience is the team ... they really are customer service professionals. Not just that, they genuinely want you to have the best holiday you can. Everybody we met, from reception, housekeeping, ground-keeping and restaurant were lovely, helpful people. HUGE shout-out to Katia (good luck with the travelling, look us up if you get to the UK) and the wine-waiter. I've stayed in hotels around the world that think they are 5 star. The team at Park Imperial really do provide a friendly, discrete 5 star experience.

We are coming to the end of our week’s stay for our 10th Wedding Anniversary in a junior suite with sea view (room 230). The hotel is stylish, quiet and elegant with very friendly staff. Breakfast is a continental style buffet with eggs cooked freshly to order. Dinner is a starter, pasta course, main and dessert, all served to your table. Drinks prices are reasonable and we are enjoying the cocktails. The safe is free in our suite. The beds are comfortable and the room is kept exceptionally clean by the housekeeping staff. We have walked into Limone in about 15 minutes. A highlight of our trip has been the Echi del Garda orchestra performing in Garibaldi Square. To hear ‘Nessun Dorma’ sung by the lake is a moment I will never forget. The Italians should be very proud of Limone, not a speck of litter anywhere, flowers in abundance and a classy, calm vibe. A thoroughly wonderful experience.

Incredible. Cannot fault it. Amazing attention to detail. Staff are excellent and very friendly. Exceptionally clean throughout. Excellent facilities. Even down to the bathrooms throughout the hotel which felt so luxurious. The hotel meals were the best food we had in Limone. Breakfasts were my favourite time of day. It was so peaceful sat on the terrace overlooking the pool. Dinner menus were varied and of a very high standard. Excellent service.

The hotel was absolutely stunning. We have just come back from a beautiful holiday at this hotel in Limone. The hotel is spotless clean, the rooms are stunning with the views from the balcony being spectacular. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent customer service. The hotel has live music some nights but is a very calm and quiet setting with a beautiful pool area. We stayed half board and the dining areas and food is excellent. The breakfast is a buffet breakfast with everything you need and the food is good quality food. We also had the afternoon tea the day we arrived which is exceptional too. Lots of cakes which are beautiful. The restaurant on an evening is in a beautiful setting and 4 course meal with delicious food served and cooked to a high standard and different menu each evening. Easy walk down to the main road and down again to the lake side but it’s all up hill coming back. We didn’t use it but the hotel provides a shuttle bus. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the water side of the lake walking. Everything about our stay here was just wonderful would highly recommend. Would highly recommend the ferry to get around the different places.

Brilliant location, very restful, 10mins walk into centre. Lovely suite, very generous space, modern with terrace. Extremely well managed pool area, quiet and relaxing, would not recommend for families with young children, excellent for couples. We had booked half-board. Excellent choice of four courses each evening with varying menu, excellent food and very nice reasonably priced wines. We had a wonderful time and truly recommend this hotel.

Quite simply the best hotel we have stayed at. A perfect hotel in the most prefect location on Garda. Limone itself is a jewel on Lake Garda and a must-visit location for your holiday. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 10 minute walk into the central cobbled lanes. There is also a bus service from the hotel to the harbour…meaning it’s accessible for all. The hotel has every amenity you would expect from a 5* hotel including an outdoor gymnasium overlooking the lake. What is outstanding is the staff. It is not just one or two making a difference - every single member of staff is an asset to the hotel - from the friendly and efficient cleaning staff to the wonderful dining service staff. Every single member of staff works so hard to provide the best experience for everyone. It was so truly wonderful we have already re-booked for next year!

What an amazing experience. Stayed for one week on half board basis in a junior suite. The room was very generous with a good balcony offering a fantastic view across the lake. The bathroom was sumptuous with an outstanding shower. Everywhere, both in the suite and the public areas, absolutely spotless. The staff were all not only professional, but also friendly and helpful. As I was travelling with a friend with mobility problems, they were all most attentive. As the hotel is up a steep walk from the town the hotel provided a free taxi to and from the centre - a blessing! Breakfast was the best yet has in Italy - you wanted for nothing - eggs cooked to order too. Dinner was superb with four inventive courses. The waiting staff were again professional and the food served with a flourish. The chef excelled at interesting, local and amazing dishes. I would dearly love to visit again.

We stayed for 11 nights and used every facility at the hotel. We were so sad to leave. I have made some observations that sound like criticism but they are intended to help future guests and allow the hotel to improve. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely return. Our Transfer Airport transfer was organised by the hotel ahead of time. We were met by a driver and transferred in a luxury Mercedes vehicle. They also arranged for a table to be held for us in the main restaurant. Reception Great warm welcome from a lovely receptionist who walked us to our room and explained where everything was. The staff were always really helpful and they made all sorts of calls on our behalf to book restaurants. With them booking them we always got the best tables with lake views etc. Special thanks to Alice for her recommendation to Gemma’s Restaurant which we visited three times as it was so good! The Room We booked a junior suite (230) and it was just perfect. It was in a separate building over a small bridge. We had a direct view of the lake and had its own private garden area with a water feature. The bathroom was large and had double sinks. There is a fridge big enough to store full size bottles of drink. It is stocked with free soft drinks on arrival but these are not replaced. There is a huge number of clothes hangers and the air conditioning was first class. Totally silent at night. There was very occasional room noise from the room below but literally only a minor distraction as a small person was running excited. The suites can accommodate more than two people and therefore seem to be used by families. Breakfast So this did cause us a little bit of frustration. There is no clear system and it’s all rather confusing. Just grab a table and you will be approached by a member of staff to take your hot drink order. The most annoying thing is having to line up to order food. Because of the language barrier this can get interesting but it did help me increase my Italian! There is a wide choice of food, hot and cold and you can even have Prosecco. The view while you eat is stunning. Pool There was never a problem getting a bed to lie on. The main pool is not heated but it didn’t make a bit of difference it was perfect. The indoor pool is just through a door if you want warmer water. The view around the pool is just breath taking, the pictures don’t do it justice. There is a separate poolside menu and the staff really do go out of their way to service your needs. You can eat at your bed or at a shaded seating area which was our preference. Afternoon tea There is a free afternoon tea provided. The hotel make freshly made cakes which are delicious but limited in number. This starts at 1630 and unfortunately German guests seem to love this and line up in advance and whole families will order huge amounts of food and leave little for others behind them. Not sure how the hotel could police this better but it does need to be addressed.

I had an bicycle accident a bit over week before our trip to lake Garda and therefore my main goal was to recover and build up my strength. First impression when we entered to the lobby and reception was cleanliness, abundant live flowers and personal attention. We were early and our room was not yet ready, so we took lunch while waiting our room. The restaurant service was polite and attentive and the food amazingly good. After lunch we were shown to our room by the reception clerk. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was also reasonably light even in the evening. The shower geel, shampoo and conditioner were of good quality. The hotel garden was big for so small hotel, max 150 guests. There were a lot of different trees and flowers and wines, some of them in flower. All in all the garden was pleasure to the eye. The hotel pool while not big was bigger than in most town hotels and was good for casual swimming and aqua gym. There was also warmed massage pool with four different stations for different massages. The service in pool area covered towel for sun bed that also had a soft mattress, bringing drinks and snacks. During lunchtime there was also restaurant. The food at every lunch was excellent and the meat and fish were of good quality. The personnel was very attentive and as there never were too many people they knew every customer and their likes. Not all of the personnel understood English, but there were always someone who could translate. The dinner was in different restaurant, where there was dedicated table for each customer. The menu was for each day fixed. You had two selections for appetizers, for selections for first course and four selections for second course. For dessert there was two selections. All courses we selected during the week were delicious and pleasure to eye. The utensils were delivered for each course before the food, there was no possibility to have wrong tools for the task ahead. The music played background was usually guitar music with one guitar without voice. Very soft and enjoyable. After dinner there was live music at the bar on for four evenings per week by different performer. The artists song and the music came from the system. Some of the artists were very good and we danced on several evenings on the dedicated dancing area. Over all we enjoyed a lot and plan to come back next year. As for food, service and personal attention this is the best hotel we have been so far.
