This hotel has a lot of different room styles to choose from. We got a suite style room, but it was oddly laid out. It was actually two rooms joined together. It had an outer door that led into a small hallway. Each side of the hallway had another door. Both of these doors had locks. On one side was a king bed room with a patio and a bathroom. The other side had a kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and two murphy beds (one was queen size, the other was double bed size). Our kids slept in the murphy beds, but unfortunately had access to a kitchen and the ability to lock us out of the room and be completely unsupervised. That is not optimal and was not disclosed upon booking. We were given vouchers for breakfasts and a $50 spa voucher. We were told that kids eat free. However, when arriving at the restaurant in the morning we found out that kids do not eat free, and you can only use the voucher if you charge the meal to your room. Also at dinner kids again do not eat free, must eat from a dinner buffet in another room, while parents order off of a menu and everything must be charged to the room. We found the whole thing to be a bit of a scam, and chose to eat elsewhere. The parking was odd with multiple levels and it was challenging to find a spot that was accessible for the elevator. Instructions for the way to get into the parking for one of the levels wasn't given.
