Comfort Suites Stevensville - St Joseph

The room and bed was nice and comfortable, but this was definitely a budget hotel. Bathroom old and the tub did not drain. Super sketchy. People out and about in the hallway until after midnight. The hallway reeked of **** and smoke. The swipe keycard kept not working and we had to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed. We booked 2 rooms together and they couldn’t put our rooms next to each other, I would never recommend this hotel.

The room was not cleaned well at all. Old rose pedals left from the prople before, some kind of cream on the wall, trash on the bench by the tv. Was very disappointing and ruined a romantic getaway.

Room was very clean both times we stayed at this hotel. We get the hot tub room and we love it. Beds are good. Very friendly lady at the front desk when we checked in. Very satisfied with our stays!

Staff was excellent. The older male made sure we had towels in the pool area, and asked to cut the sauna on for us.

Great staff! So helpful and even left pool open late so we could enjoy the hot tub/pool late!

Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. Room was warm tv worked great! Cant stress enough how amazing and accommodating the staff are!!!

Convenient location, nice package of amenities with the stay. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Facilities are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable.

Of all the hotels we’ve stayed in, this one was the best. It felt like a home, and the kids loved having their own space. It was perfect! I would stay there again in a heartbeat. 🙂

Pool was SOO warm! I walked right in and the hot tub was HOTT!! Somewhat outdated hotel but for the kids to be able to swim for hours straight without their lips turning blue made it worth it! Breakfast was great and lady restocking was so nice. Cleaned tables after guest too so it was very clean! Front desk lady was so kind and restocked pool towels and turned on music for the kids when we went to swim. Plentiful USB charging outlets in the rooms and at bedsides. Clean linens and no bugs!! We will def be back for the warm pool and friendly staff!
