Service is so so and the hotel is rather small. But good location and worth the money for a short stay.

Satisfied with our stay. The front desk staffs were very friendly.amd helpful though we encountered some technical issue with our payment with foreign credit card. Good location with F&B and supermarket within walking distance.

great service from the start with airport and station pick up for a very cheap fee, breakfast was good too had various food options. room is spacious enough for three people.

The rooms are quite spacious and the beds were amongst the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve had. clean bathrooms, helpful staff. Breakfast was okay.

The highway was closed on the day we arrived in Linfen, so we arrived almost 10:00 AM. The next day, we woke up late and missed breakfast, so the front desk lady packed breakfast for us and delivered it to our room. Very kind. I would stay here again if I were in the city again.

We went to Hukou Waterfall that day. The accommodation conditions in Linfen were better than those in Ji County. There was a butler-style service. WeChat was added to the front desk in advance and they were upgraded to a family room. I was very satisfied. As a senior member of Ctrip, I have been staying in the hotel for a long time. The hygiene is average. I especially want to say that the attitude of the hotel cleaning staff is really bad. It does not meet the hotel standards at all. The location of the hotel is not good. The room is too far from the elevator entrance and not close to the hotel. 連住3天，酒店給升級了套房。在萬達小區的裙樓。設施很新，乾淨衞生，服務也到位。大門口就是鄰里超市。買東西，吃飯，停車都方便！洗衣免費。餐廳的面積不太大，人多的時候有點擁擠，但是菜品搭配合理，品種豐富，而且，每天不重樣。推薦入住！

先説優點： 按導航很容易找到，半地下有停車場，住店可以免費停車。早餐算是優良，品種齊全，煎蛋，炒菜，涼菜，沙拉，水果，咖啡飲料，現煮，牛奶，甜點，都有，每種一兩個品種可供選擇。 負責早餐現煮的一位先生服務很熱情周到。衞生算乾淨，乾濕分離衞生間，淋浴空間挺大。 再説缺點吧。 1， 噪音！ 房間內空調噪音非常大，睡覺時不可能開着空調睡覺，因為太吵。打開窗户，户外噪音也很大，尤其是晚上，室外好像是空調壓縮機，時不時啟動一段時間，非常吵！ 酒店衹有三層，我們房間臨街，更吵。 2，床品！ 酒店宣傳了他們的床墊很高端，我特意看了一下，應該是乳膠床墊。我為什麼會特意看床墊呢？因為晚上睡覺非常熱！ 不能開空調，不能開窗户，配上酒店的羽絨被和乳膠床墊，熱的沒法睡。 另外，我很不理解為什麼弄了個表面不光滑的被套！ 被套凹凸的紋理，貼在皮膚上非常不舒服！ 我在這個酒店衹住了一天，從夜裡 10 點到第二天早上七點半衹睡了 3 個小時，其他時間都在和床和温度較勁！ 3，服務！ 大堂前台接待人員服務不能讓人滿意。我説要個無煙房，reception 男士沒吱聲。我問你們的枕頭有軟硬之分嗎？我需要個硬一點的蕎麥皮枕頭。reception 男士依然沒有回答我，感覺他根本不知道自己的酒店用的什麼。最後給我們分配的房間裏依然看到了煙灰缸。 再説早餐位置的服務員大姐。 我説咖啡機好像沒有牛奶了，大姐説去換。同時她的一個領導要打一杯豆漿，大姐馬上就端着豆漿給領導送去了。沒關係，大家都是混飯吃，我可以等一等再打咖啡。於是我等啊等，等了半小時，吃完早餐再去打咖啡，結果依然沒有放牛奶。 總之， 我深深地體會到萬達畢竟不是專業做酒店的， 這是第一次住萬達的酒店，想必也是最後一次。

酒店不愧是萬達旗下的，地理位置優越，交通便利，早餐豐富。員工服務態度非常好，尤其是前台服務員王夢瑤，辛健華熱情周到，熱心幫助客人解決疑難問題，讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺！下次有機會繼續入住👍👍👍
