I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day. The location is excellent—close to key attractions and convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious variety of options that made mornings enjoyable.

The location is quite good, and the environment is decent too. My only minor complaint is that being facing the street, it was a bit noisy at night, making it a little hard to sleep. Other than that, everything else was fine!

The room was clean and hygienic. The facilities were relatively new. The location is close to the city center, with a bus stop right downstairs, near an overpass. The service attitude was good. They offer freshly ground coffee, so you can enjoy fresh coffee every day.

High quality and a reasonable price, plus a great location. Turn right out of the hotel and you're on a street full of breakfast spots. The freshly ground coffee is delicious. I often choose James Joyce Coffetel for my travels; overall, it's an excellent choice.

This time, I stumbled upon Zefei Hotel, and it truly showed me what it means to be an 'extraordinary presence on a journey.' Stepping into the lobby, the vintage 'Maillard' colored walls, the European-style fireplace area, and the walls lined with books instantly transported me into an artistic space, making the fatigue of my long travels disappear. When checking in, the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Not only did they quickly process my check-in, but they also thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities and interesting places nearby. Their service truly warmed my heart! Entering the room, the solid wood furniture paired with a Zinus mattress and star-rated bedding made lying down feel like being gently enveloped by clouds – pure comfort. The room also thoughtfully provided a coffee corner, and the aroma of pour-over coffee filled the air, allowing me to enjoy a moment of peace and tranquility even in this unfamiliar city. The hotel's public areas are also fantastic. The 24-hour café, with its rich coffee aroma, is perfect whether you want to start your morning full of energy or relax in the evening with a cup of coffee. In my free time, I enjoyed picking out a favorite book in the book bar and immersing myself in a sea of knowledge; time just seemed to slow down. Moreover, the hotel's location is excellent, with shopping malls and food streets all around, and transportation is very convenient. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, Zefei Hotel is an excellent choice. I genuinely recommend it to everyone; come here and start your wonderful journey!

The room was nice, and the hotel's location was great! It was convenient to get anywhere, and they even provided tea and coffee, plus two complimentary freshly ground coffees! Finding places to eat nearby was also very easy. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and the service was excellent. They even have a robot that delivers takeout to your room, plus free coffee. It's especially great for business trips. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly, highly recommend it!!!!!!

Extremely satisfied! The hotel's location is superb, making it convenient to get everywhere. The decor, facilities, and equipment are all excellent. Breakfast is plentiful, and the bedding is comfortable. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

The room's cleanliness was subpar; there was a lot of hair on the floor. During the National Day holiday, there was only one person at the front desk, who was completely overwhelmed and couldn't provide any service. Staff should really try to smile more. Breakfast utensils were in short supply, with many people complaining about no bowls or plates. Even the elevator doors were noisy when opening and closing.
