The room was clean and tidy, but the service was terrible. I arrived at 3 PM and the room still wasn't cleaned. The front desk told me to go to the wellness center to soak in the hot springs first, and gave me a piece of paper with 'waiting for room' written on it to hand to the attendant. They wouldn't tell me the room number, saying it wasn't confirmed. When I got to the wellness center, they told me to change, but didn't provide a locker. I went in and had nowhere to put my clothes. I went back to ask for a locker, and then they asked for a deposit for it. At this point, a group of foreign tourists arrived, and they completely ignored me to attend to the tour group first. There was no sense of 'first come, first served'; they treated me like a football, kicking me back and forth. It was outrageous. I called Ctrip to speak with a manager, who said the room was finally clean and they'd send the key card down to me. This was around 4 PM. They claimed the staff was too busy and exhausted.

The room was spotless and spacious with a fantastic view. I loved the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, which was super convenient. The water quality at the pool and water park was excellent. Since it was winter, my child went straight into the hot springs after swimming to warm up. Breakfast was incredibly rich – I ate five bowls of noodles, it was so delicious! Finally, a tip for everyone: make sure to find your butler; they'll help you solve so many problems!

Big thanks to Summer at the front desk! She upgraded our room, and the environment was really nice. We tried both the hot spring and the indoor and outdoor pools, and they were excellent. My friend and I were both very satisfied!

Great value for money, and the hot springs are definitely the highlight – there were quite a few Russians enjoying them. If you don't have a car, dining options are a bit inconvenient as the nearest town is three kilometers away. There's a Puyi Residence experience center on the first floor, which added to our trip. Two things weren't so good: First, the bowls, cups, tissues, and toothbrushes were all miniature. And the fruit slices were tiny – the juice from the oranges and watermelon would just spill out, which felt wasteful. More importantly, it felt unhygienic and unappealing to look at, making the eating experience unpleasant. We stayed for six days and mentioned this to the restaurant management, but there was no improvement by the time we left. This really falls short of five-star standards. Second, the gym facilities are quite different from other Hiltons; it's small, basic, and the hygiene needs improvement – it even had a strong odor.

The environment was great and the hygiene was satisfactory. We arrived a bit late at night, so the kids' play area was closed. However, they thoughtfully gave a gift to my child, which was a very nice touch. Thumbs up!

The lobby service was poor, unresponsive, and the staff had a bad attitude! Only the online follow-up and customer service were good. The hotel's in-person front-of-house service couldn't keep up. I hope the hotel can adjust the lobby staff; they completely lack initiative! Overall, it was very good, and the hotel was very comfortable.

The highlight of this hotel is definitely its hot springs, with around 10-20 different pools that are free for guests to use. They open at 6 PM. The hotel also boasts excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and Western restaurant. The breakfast spread is fantastic too! This was my second visit, and I'll definitely be back if I get the chance. The only minor drawback is that some of the restaurant staff didn't seem very enthusiastic, but perhaps they were just having an off day.

The moment I entered the room, I was hit by a musty odor. (The room was on the sixth floor, so this shouldn't have been an issue. I later figured it was likely due to a backflow of sewage smell from the bathroom pipes, forcing me to sleep with the balcony door open all night.) To top it off, the toilet lid in the bathroom was detached. The lighting controls in the room were either on or off, with no dimming function. The shower stall was so small I could barely turn around comfortably. At breakfast, I walked around several times looking for a seat. A staff member told me I could sit outside but then just stood there, offering no guidance. All these issues were a real letdown and severely damaged Hilton's reputation in my eyes. From now on, I'll be sure to steer clear of any Hilton properties.

The quality of a hotel isn't just about its facilities and environment; it's also about the warmth of its staff. Summer's proactive care and professional service truly made us feel at home. The family room was incredibly clean and cozy. The hotel itself has a great environment with excellent facilities and lush greenery. There's a wide variety of hot springs, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The staff are friendly and the place is really quiet. Plus, you can spot little squirrels and bunnies!

The DoubleTree by Hilton Spa Hotel truly made our family vacation special, right from check-in to check-out, thanks to the professional and warm service of Helen at the front desk. We were quite tired from our journey, but Helen greeted us with a smile and quickly processed our check-in. She also proactively introduced us to the hotel's unique hot springs, pool opening hours, and activities for families. Over the next few days, every time we passed the front desk, Helen would greet us warmly and ask if we needed any help. She even recommended some authentic local eateries that only locals would know about. The hotel itself was also impeccable: the room was clean and spacious, housekeeping was meticulous, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the lush garden. The hot springs had a great variety of pools, and soaking in them at night was incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a wide selection; my child especially loved the waffles, and I really enjoyed the coffee. A big thank you to Helen; she not only demonstrated Hilton's standard of professional service but also made us feel like family with her genuine warmth and care.

What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service from Helen at the front desk. When I checked in, Helen was incredibly friendly and efficient. She quickly got me settled into my room, and proactively informed me about the hotel facilities and hot spring operating hours. It made me feel welcome and at ease right from the start. What impressed me even more was overhearing her assist another guest with a billing inquiry while I was waiting. Helen's answers were detailed and professional, and the guest even complimented her, saying, 'You're very professional, beautiful lady,' as he left. This consistently high level of service not only speaks to Helen's individual professionalism but also highlights the hotel's dedication to staff training and service standards. Thanks to Helen, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lingshui!

The room was spacious, breakfast was generous, and there was plenty of common activity space. Although it's not right on the beach, it's quiet, and the hot spring is also worth mentioning. However, the location is a bit remote; you'll need to take a taxi about 2 kilometers to the Yingzhou market area to find places to eat. Overall, it met my expectations and offered great value for money.

The room was decent, met standard expectations. However, most of the treadmills in the gym were out of order. The complimentary hot spring ticket was a nice touch; it was quite relaxing to visit in the evening.
