Linhai S&N Hotel VIP Building

First choice for a road trip! We were greeted by a dedicated staff member at the garage, making parking and check-in super smooth. The location is excellent, right by all the attractions. The intangible cultural heritage rubbing experience was fantastic, the calligraphy room was perfect for some quiet contemplation, and the cultural and creative area was incredibly photogenic. The afternoon tea was relaxing and delicious. Highly recommend!

A very satisfying experience. The hotel rooms were spacious, the service was professional and the staff were very friendly. They offered afternoon tea, a relaxing milk bath at night, and even a guided tour of the city. The breakfast buffet featured local specialties such as flatbread rolls, black rice cakes, and seaweed pancakes. Linhai City boasts a rich cultural heritage and beautiful scenery!

As an ordinary tourist, I'd give Yuanzhou Hotel a 98 out of 100. Advantages: 1. The hotel butler added us on WeChat a day in advance to arrange room type, free parking, dining, etc. Even though it was a weekday check-in, the butler thoughtfully upgraded all three of our rooms. 2. The VIP reception staff greeted everyone politely. On the day of our arrival, the receptionist went directly to the underground parking garage to help us with our luggage and accompanied us upstairs. The toiletries in the room were from Atelier Cologne, and when we asked for a few more samples, the hotel readily agreed. 3. The VIP building is separate from the regular guest room floor, avoiding noise. The afternoon tea in the executive lounge also solved the problem of awkward meal times after visiting Guoqing Temple and Tiantai Mountain. 4. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, including regular food and seaside specialty snacks, and the dining environment was comfortable. There were actually more dishes available after 8 am than at 7 am. 5. The two-night package we chose cost around 650 RMB per day, including unlimited drinks at the minibar and late-night seafood noodles, which was great value. If you have plenty of energy, the package including city wall tickets and transportation seems even more cost-effective. Driving from the hotel to the nearest city gate is less than a 10-minute drive. Areas for improvement: 1. Both rooms had a slight sewage backflow smell in the bathroom, but it didn't spread to the sleeping areas. 2. The quality of the napkins in the room could be improved. Also, we were in a rush when checking out, and the front desk may have forgotten about the souvenir. Before we even reached the high-speed rail station, the butler contacted us and arranged for it to be delivered. Thank you so much!

When choosing this hotel, I saw reviews claiming it was the best in the seaside area, but my overall experience was quite average. Firstly, the parking lot design was extremely flawed. After parking in the underground garage, there was no elevator to the upper floors; we had to carry our luggage up the stairs before we could use the elevator. Since most hotel guests bring suitcases, and we had a child and a stroller with us, this was incredibly inconvenient. I've never stayed in a hotel like this before. The hotel design was also strange. The VIP reception was on the fifth floor, unlike typical hotels where you're greeted in the lobby. Our experience from the parking lot to the fifth floor was unpleasant, and the facilities didn't match the price. Secondly, regarding service, the overall experience was very average. Aside from one staff member at the fifth-floor reception, we barely encountered any hotel staff. We even had to walk to the adjacent reception building for breakfast. The previous night, we stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Shenxianju, where the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. In comparison, our experience at the VIP hotel was a stark contrast, even though the VIP room rate was significantly higher than the DoubleTree by Hilton. A reviewer added us on WeChat the day before check-in, but it was essentially just for recording our license plate. The booking confirmation mentioned a complimentary gift, and reviews also confirmed it was included, but we didn't receive one upon check-out. Regarding the facilities, the hotel is quite old, and some are dated, but the rooms were generally decent. There was welcome fruit upon entry, and a late-night bowl of noodles was served, which tasted good. Overall, this experience was very average. I had high expectations for the hotel based on the reviews, but the actual experience was quite disappointing. For the price, I'm not satisfied with the experience.

The breakfast selection is very extensive, including many local snacks, definitely worth trying. Evening noodles were delicious, with both seafood and vegetarian options; I preferred the vegetarian noodles. The hotel service was also very attentive. Definitely worth staying here again.

The biggest surprise was the intangible cultural heritage rubbing experience offered by the hotel. Experiencing the charm of this traditional craft firsthand was both fun and culturally enriching, adding a unique memory to my trip. Excellent value for money, highly recommended for both travel and leisure, I'll definitely stay here again!

對體驗官的服務很滿意。酒店房間也是足夠的大，本來擔心老酒店設施會不會太陳舊，後來發現也是智能化的衞浴，不落伍。離開古城牆和紫陽街也不遠，天氣好的話應該可以散步過去。然後，～酒店伴手禮的點心很好吃。神仙居真的好美。推薦！

酒店環境乾淨雅緻，有特色主題酒店的韻味，從入住前的貼心問候到入住時的主動迎接，房間準備了歡迎水果，格外暖心，整體盡顯酒店滿滿誠意。特別是前台小姐姐李慧每次都主動打招呼問好，有求必應很貼心，感覺到賓至如歸的體驗，入住離店工作人員主動幫忙提拿行李，服務周到體貼，主動熱情，温和有禮，出行十分便利樓下就是海鮮一條街，距離景點也都很近。管家服務專業貼心，細緻入微，入住體驗舒適愜意，性價比超高，出行首選，強烈推薦！

住了兩天遠洲酒店大床房後，體驗極好，發現貴賓樓也是同一酒店的，而且有優惠套餐，果斷又續住了一天。房間中式裝修有格調，入住當天有點下雨，待在房間哪裡也不想去，在花園裡聽着雨聲，感覺歲月靜好。溢美之詞無需多説，看圖吧，期待下次去臨海再次入住！
