Pros - online check-in minimised reception wait. Reception was very professional anyway
- room was very spacious and well presented; bed was actually a superking and had a very comfortable topper. Bathroom showing signs of wear but was still adequate and shower good
- housekeeping discreet, helpful and efficient
Cons - restaurant experience was very disappointing.

It made us rather suspicious as we felt this should be opened at the table after showing us the bottle. We had to pour our own champagne which we didn't actually mind, but just thought the first glass should have been done by the waiter.
We would have liked to try a dessert but no- one returned to our table to take any further orders.
Sunday breakfast was buffet style. We breakfasted at 10am - not much left and it was cold. We had to help ourselves to a thermos of coffee - also cold. Come on...
