AIVIK Boutique Hotel (Taisheng Plaza Store, Lanshan District, Linyi)

The room was very average, and the cleanliness was poor. There were too many dirty marks on the walls. It might be because I booked a cheap room! I don't recommend the cheap rooms at this hotel.

The carpet in the room was very dirty, the paint was peeling off the walls, and the room was a bit damp. There was no complimentary water, and the staff's attitude was cold. It wasn't a good experience. When I wanted to change rooms because I was unhappy with mine, they asked me to pay extra 😪

I have stayed in many hotels, and this is probably the most basic one. There were too many mosquitoes in the room, and I was bitten all night and could not sleep. But these were tolerable. The most unbearable thing was the smell of the toilet. The smell of sewer coming back up all night was unbearable because there was no ventilation fan. The dampness and stench were unbearable!

There were flying insects (flies) in the bathroom, the cabinet under the sink was leaking, the wall paint was cracked and peeling, and there was a hole in the bed, making it uncomfortable to sit on! Overall, the situation is so-so. Please rectify these issues promptly to avoid future customer complaints.
