NIce modern and comfort hotel with a nice view on night Donau. Best place where I could stay after concert in close Bruckner house.

There is no air conditioning in the room, and no fan is provided. The carpet has a peculiar smell and the facilities are dilapidated.

The hotel is obviously getting old, the carpet is worn out as is the furniture, but prices| Performance is appropriate

Very satisfied, parking is convenient and the waiters are very friendly! The adapter is broken, so I was lent an emergency one.

I stayed at the Arcotel Nike Linz for three nights in January 2024 as part of a solo holiday. The location of the hotel is slightly away from the old town - about 15 minutes walk - but being right next to the Danube and the Brucknerhaus has its own attractions. The hotel is a simple tourist hotel with no bells and whistles. My room on the fourth floor was basic and clean but showed many signs of wear and tear and much need of renovation. I noticed a new Arcotel is being built close by so maybe this hotel won't be around for much longer...? The staff were very helpful and kind and spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was very good and extensive, and being able to have dinner in the hotel restaurant was a major benefit, considering there were no restaurants nearby and it was very cold and wet when I was there. The food was excellent. The one BIG problem occurred on my last night when about a hundred young people - they seemed like senior high school students - descended on the hotel. Sadly these people were very badly behaved and very poorly supervised. There was a lot of noise in the hallways and even knocking on my door. To their credit, the staff immediately understood my predicament and upgraded me to a superior room on the top floor for my last night. This was very comfortable - and quiet - and was offered immediately and without question once I let them know what was happening. I know the behaviour of the students was not the hotel's fault, but it did spoil what was otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Very good location close to the city, clean and modern room. Good breakfast and fantastic good outdoor terrace for a drink in the afterenoon. cannot recommend the hotelrestaurant for dinner since my previous stay in summer, they had the same menu. Bed was hard in the, room seems as it missing the upper madrass. Otherwise a very good stay.

The position of the hotel is excellent. On the bank of the Danube with a beautiful view. The hotel is surrounded by a park and this is the reason that it is a very peaceful and quiet hotel. The parking lot in front of the hotel is large, but it is charged. The breakfast is excellent. Something for everyone. The room I was in is small but clean. There is no minibar in the room. You need to invest in the elevators because they are old and a bit scary. The bar has a beautiful terrace with a view of the Danube. The staff was ok

This is a pretty soulless hotel. The room was fine and the bar was ok with nice views over the Danube. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Most of the tables were "reserved" (who allows breakfast tables to be reserved?) and nearly all the empty ones were dirty - nothing cleared away from previous users. It wasn't that busy or late. We ended up sitting on bar stools at the back of the reataurant

It Wars my second time in this hotel This time it was a 4 business days trip in this hotel with a good view on Danubio river Very good breakfast, bar ok and very very kind people everywhere. I attended a Technical Course and our class was perfect: a loro of space and near to the bar I’lL be back next year

Arcotel has good access to the river. The rooms are generally comfortable. However, unfortunately a member of our group reported that €500 were taken from her purse in the room. When she reported this to the staff they were not cooperative and did not help with questioning the personnel who entered the room.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice, and the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The room was good quality for bedding, bathroom and atmosphere. Breakfast is only included if you actually paid up front as part of the reservation. Don’t use Priceline to book this hotel, because you won’t find this part out. It’s an extremely diverse and high quality spread, with everything you could want. The location is along the Danube, is walkable to the Hauptplatz, and is in a safe and is a clean area. It’s right along the museum row, which is also nice for events. My only complaints are that people smoke like crazy right at the entry, so it’s a fog of smell going in and out; and, that the shower water can have painfully radical changes in temperature if you take a shower in the morning when others are too.
