BE’IN Castles in the Air (Zhaoxing Dong Village)

Stayed for 2 consecutive nights~ Special thanks to the staff for their patient and meticulous service! I forgot to bring my makeup remover when I went on a travel photo shoot, so I casually asked the front desk guy if he had any makeup remover products. He personally brought me makeup remover wipes, which was really a timely help! The night before, because my child didn't rest well, I planned to upgrade to a parent-child room! I didn't expect the hotel to upgrade me for free! What a generous hotel🏨! I will stay here again next time I have a chance~

Zhaoxing Dong Village is a perfect homestay with butler service. First, the high-speed rail station provides pick-up and drop-off services. After checking in, the butler introduced the hotel facilities in great detail and served a cup of coffee. By the way, the coffee machine is imported and the coffee is delicious. Afternoon tea is provided. I was originally shopping outside, but I rushed back to have a delicate afternoon tea. At 8:30 in the evening, there was a singing performance by a Dong teacher who was exclusively for homestay guests for about an hour, which was also very exciting. Thank you to the butler team Xiaoshi, Xiaoyu, Xiaoniu and Xiangxiang for this service. Five-star praise, I will come back again!

Facilities: Two children's playgrounds, a large swimming pool and a small swimming pool, a coffee bar, a restaurant, a lounge area, and a balcony with a view! Hygiene: The log-style design itself gives people a sense of cleanliness and hygiene. The children have been running around the room in socks, and it is still very clean! At least, there are no problems with sanitary dead corners! Environment: It is located on the edge of the entire main street, quiet in the midst of noise! ​​The whole style is also warm and comfortable, which makes people relax! Service: Regarding this point, if you are dissatisfied with the choice, I will lose. Regarding the service, it is really not a problem of one person, but the whole team is very online, making people feel at home, not uncomfortable, and always comfortable! We planned to stay for two days to see if we could extend our stay. However, less than 2 hours after we checked in, my husband and I decided to extend our stay for one more night. Then, the room we originally stayed in was not available. Because each room is unique, we booked a king-size bed room on the 3rd floor. After breakfast on the third day, we asked the staff if the room we wanted to change was ready. In less than a minute, the staff replied that the guest in that room had not left yet. The store might be worried about affecting our going out, so they immediately arranged a parent-child room that had not been sold that day, and helped us upgrade the room type for free. In less than a few minutes, someone came up to help us carry our things to the new room. To be honest, regarding luggage, check-in and check-out, the staff provided enthusiastic service from beginning to end, and never let you worry about anything. For people traveling with a family, it is really considerate! Afternoon tea with a view: We didn’t want to go downstairs yesterday, and we were a little tired. The staff directly sent afternoon tea to the room. It was really heartwarming. The children were also very happy and said they would stay here again in the future! This is a place that makes people linger! Freshly ground coffee: This tastes very good! Seasonal fruits: There are fresh fruits every day, and there is nothing wrong with them! Our family would like to express our gratitude to the entire hotel staff for giving us a great experience. It’s a big New Year’s Day, and they worked hard!

I like this homestay very much. The service of the housekeeper exceeded my expectations. I feel that the owner is running the business with great care. Every detail is perfect. The comfort of the room, the dining experience, and the quality of the selected products simply meet all the needs of a detail-oriented person like me. Great! I sincerely recommend it to everyone.
