This hotel is all about the location. Room and toilet is spacious and there’s a kitchenette with all the essentials. Amin at front desk is most helpful which made our stay really good. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located on a slightly uphill street. The front desk seems to be open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in convenience: Convenient. Safety: Very safe. Facilities: The facilities are great; you can cook your own meals and there are cooking utensils available.

Highly recommend! When I checked in, I thought it was only worth 3 stars, but as soon as I entered the room, it immediately became 5 stars. It was spacious, bright, clean, and the windows were the most distinctive feature. There was construction next door and a tram line downstairs, but it didn't affect my sleep at all at night. The only downside is that it's not very convenient if you're driving, as you can't park directly in front of the hotel and there's no dedicated parking lot.

We stayed for a couple of days, and one of them happened to be a family member's birthday. We hadn't informed the hotel in advance, yet when we returned to our room in the evening, we found a delicious and beautifully decorated cake on the table with two candles and the number 20, along with a letter. It was such a lovely surprise! After we had already checked out, I realized I had lost an earring. It was very precious to me, so I took a chance and contacted the staff via email, asking if they could look for it. A miracle happened – the administration found and kept my earring, and I was able to pick it up a week later at the end of our trip. My sincere thanks to the entire team! On to the practical details: the hotel has a convenient location, everything is close by, the kitchen is well-equipped, and it's clean and comfortable. The train station and metro are within walking distance.

Excellent stay at Villa Baixa - Lisbon Luxury Apartments. The location was ideal—just one street away from the main bustle of the shopping district, which meant it was lively and convenient while still being relatively quiet at night. There were plenty of food options nearby, and having a laundromat only five minutes away was a very useful bonus for travellers. Although there is no onsite eatery, this was more than compensated for by a wonderful historic breakfast café just around the corner, which quickly became a favourite part of our mornings. The room itself was excellent: spacious, comfortable, and very well laid out. There was plenty of room to relax, and the sofa was especially comfortable for lounging after a day out in Lisbon. A stylish and practical base for the city, highly recommended.

Excellent location, right at city centre, walking distance to liberty avenue, which is the luxurious shopping centre. Clean, quiet. A thoughtful welcome letter on the table, including some recommendations on sightseeing. It even has 2 small stoves, as a part of mini Kichen set up. The staff is helpful in providing dinning advices. If we ever visit Lisbon in the future, we will stay there again.

The hygiene was very good, which I appreciate. However, the mattress was too old; it had a dip in it, which made for a poor night's sleep. They called to rush my check-out at 11:30 AM. After checking out, I wanted to use the restroom, but the hotel didn't have one available, which was very inconvenient. The common area on each floor was tiny, just a little over two square meters, and felt suffocating with no windows. This seems to be a privately run apartment. The disposable amenities were overly skimpy; there was only one tea bag for a suite, and the shampoo and conditioner were very diluted. I hope these issues can be addressed.

Enjoyed every moment here in Villa Baixa. Excellent location in the heart of the city and close to Rossio station, so Sintra will be within easy reach. Smooth check-in. Nice spacious room with everything needed. It is possible to store luggage before check-in/after check-out as well. Totally recommended

Terrible experience. The soundproofing was awful. The bed was two small single beds pushed together, and the middle part was really hard. We stayed for two nights, and on one of the mornings, there was drilling noise starting very early. It only stopped after we complained. Although they explained it was construction work next door, their attitude was terrible.
