Masa Hotel & Spa Campo Grande Collection

We had a pleasant stay at Masa Hotel spa combo grande collection .The breakfast was really nice and great way to start your day, and the amenities were excellent — guests can use the spa, gym, sauna, and bath facilities, which made the stay more enjoyable. Although the location is a bit far from some of the main attractions, it is still reasonably convenient since they can be easily reached by metro. Cleaning was generally okay, but the shower drain in our room was not working very well, which was a bit inconvenient.

There was some confusion regarding access to the spa. When we stayed there last time, everything was included, but this time we didn't have access to the spa, and there were no slippers or bathrobes in the rooms. The hotel is good, but it's the little details that make the experience enjoyable.

We booked the hotel with the hopes of using the mentioned facilities like the sauna and pool. Was shocked to find out I had to pay 10 euros to use the pool. I ended up paying the first day then they mentioned I had to also buy a swimming cap which was another 3 euros. To add to my already disappointed spirits the pool was very small maybe 5 meters squared. The jacuzzi was also in the same closed room with no ventilation which added to the humidity. I tried to relax on the sunbed but ended up leaving after literally 20 mins. Room was pretty good though and breakfast was also good nothing too crazy.

We had a wonderful stay at Masa Hotel & Spa. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The spa facilities were relaxing, and everything was well organized. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of food. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Although not in the centre, the hotel is very close to the university campus. Also 10min walk from the metro station, and 10min walk from the train station Entrecampos, from which you can reach Oriente or Sintra. The rooms very clean. For me, they lacked a bit more space to store personal belongings (there is just one narrow wardrobe, a table and a nightstand). Also it was not clear how to use the safe, and the instructions were missing. Breakfast is standard, more than sufficient choice, especially with pastries. I was able to store my luggage until the evening after the check-out, which was very convenient.
