Hotel Principe Ávila

This hotel is really great! It's very clean throughout, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a triple room, which was spacious and very comfortable. A big plus is the convenient location – it's not far from attractions like the monastery. If I get the chance to visit Portugal again, I would definitely stay here.

The location is quite good, about a kilometer's walk to Avenida da Liberdade, and you can continue walking to Praça do Comércio in the old town, which is a little less than three kilometers. There's also an El Corte Inglés department store and an art museum nearby. The triple room was relatively spacious. We noticed quite a few Chinese tourists staying here, and the room key instructions even had Chinese translations. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and good quality; you could even enjoy your meal while looking out at the street. There's a Vietnamese restaurant nearby with a 4.9-star rating on Google Maps, definitely worth trying.

It was pretty good, but the location was a bit too far from the main attractions.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is in a great location, right under the Metropol Parasol, with plenty of dining options nearby. There's also a rooftop restaurant on the top floor of the hotel. We stayed as a group of three, and the room was spacious. It's a very new hotel, and everything was perfect.

The hotel facilities are new, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast offers a great variety of options and is plentiful. The staff are enthusiastic and responsive. The location is convenient with easy transport access, yet it's quiet. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

Traveling solo with my child, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The hotel feels very new overall, and all the staff inside were incredibly friendly and kind. Many thanks for providing us with such a happy and pleasant stay~ The breakfast was excellent, very high quality. The coffee machine, juice dispenser, and waffle maker were all very modern. Having breakfast here definitely keeps you full for the entire day! The surrounding area is also very safe. Buckingham Palace is just a few minutes' walk away. There are restaurants on both the basement level and the top floor, and quite a few locals dine there too. Not far from Buckingham Palace, there's also Edward VII Park, which is worth a visit! Plus, there's a nice coffee shop nearby~ We took ride-sharing services to all the attractions, which was very cost-effective! It felt safe for my daughter and me to take taxis as well~
