Excellent stay and wonderful service! A special thank you to Diogo, who was extremely helpful, kind and professional throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to help us arrange a birthday surprise, and his assistance made the experience even more special. The hotel itself was very clean, tidy and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you again to Diogo and the whole team at Locke de Santa Joana. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ❤️

Wonderful stay with amazing staff! We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. We arrived quite late, around 1:00 AM, but the staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and helpful despite the late check-in. They even kindly upgraded us to a slightly larger room with a kitchen without us asking, which was such a lovely surprise and something we really appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a fridge and everything we needed for our stay. For us, the most important thing was the bed, and it was absolutely wonderful — very comfortable and soft. We also really appreciated how kind and friendly everyone was. The location is perfect if you want to explore the city center, with many places easily accessible. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant! ❤️

I booked this hotel because the interiors looked so beautiful, and it truly felt like a hot spot. It was gorgeous both day and night. The pool was small, but I loved the stylish landscaping and decor around it. The only downside was its location; it wasn't in the city center, so we had to take taxis everywhere, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, contrary to the room view I booked, my room view was literally just a window where I had to crane my neck to see outside. None of my requests were accommodated, and it made me feel like they put all the Asian guests in a corner. While I was very disappointed that the view wasn't what I expected when I booked, it's undeniably a charming and beautiful place to stay.

The location is perfect (safe area and convenient) The hotel is on a historical site w onsite museum. My room was hard to find. The hotel is like a maze with many doors and the instructions were unclear. The room floor was dirty. Found dog food, big pieces of dust. The towels were very much used (turned grey.) pillow cases were with stains. Plus, no slippers provided. Suggestion: bring your own slippers and towels. L

This is my second time staying here, and it's just as comfortable as before. It's a very unique hotel, converted from a monastery, and the lobby feels like a park. My family was also very pleased. From now on, whenever I visit Lisbon, I'll always want to stay here.
