This five-star hotel in Lisbon boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of the old town, making getting around incredibly convenient. You can easily walk to popular spots like Santa Apolónia train station, Augusta Street, and Lisbon Cathedral. The location is a huge plus, and with parking available right outside, it's perfect for those traveling by car. The most delightful surprise was the hotel's breakfast – an incredibly rich and varied selection! I particularly loved the freshly prepared egg dishes, with so many options like Eggs Benedict and omelets, all tasting absolutely delicious. This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying and irreplaceable breakfast I had during my entire trip through Spain and Portugal. A perfect experience!

Every one of the staffs was incredibly friendly and professional!!! They definitely were the biggest reason that made my stay so so so incredible. The hotel was super clean, the room service is amazing, I absolutely loved the hotel’s location as well!! Super close to city center (just a few minutes walk), yet no noise heard during nighttime. I also loved how the hotel has a movable big TV so that I can just go to the hotel ground floor to watch World Cup on comfy sofas with my friends!! Everything about my stay was perfect!! Thank you so much to all the hotel staffs out there!!!!

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable stay. Lisbon isn't a huge city, so there's no need to cram into those small, overpriced hotels in the main commercial area. This hotel is closer to the cruise terminal, and it's just an 8-minute walk to the most bustling viewpoint with the best scenery. Plus, the hotel staff are really friendly and provide great service.

The hotel is great and the location too. But the best part was the service; everyone was very kind, especially Sara at the front desk. Thank you so much, we would definitely come back.

This hotel was beautiful and in a nice location if you want to be near the river. The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel itself was immaculate, the breakfast was a huge buffet with tons of great quality options, and the room was comfortable

The location is excellent, right by the sea, making jogging convenient. The hotel service is very warm and welcoming. The breakfast is particularly good, and there are many restaurants nearby!

Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms. Our room had views of the Tagus River. Very varied and elegant breakfast. Excellent service. The spa area was very complete with a pool, steam room, and dry sauna. Everything was excellent. I will return again.

The room size is similar to the area described. Unfortunately, there are too many corridors. I have very little room to move around. I asked to change rooms but was ignored. The air conditioning and ventilation system is not smooth. There are dead corners. I feel uncomfortable every day when I wake up.

Due to health reasons, it was not possible to fly. The hotel not only did not agree to the meeting, and did not reschedule the date of stay (they tried to reschedule in advance, not on the same day, but earlier). They also stopped answering the phone for calls. Disappointed with this approach to customers.

The hotel is in a good location, the front desk is attentive, the waiters are enthusiastic, and the room is large enough. The surrounding transportation is convenient and eating is convenient. I was lucky enough to see the world's largest cruise ship docked at the opposite port, an Italian-made cruise ship, 288 meters long and more than 60 meters high, which can carry more than 3,000 tourists. Wow. So tempting!

Although the hotel is not in the city center, it is close to the sea. It is very comfortable to walk on the shore in the morning. The hotel is under renovation, and some rooms cannot open windows. The rooms are a bit old, so the comfort is not strong. Breakfast was mediocre.
