DoubleTree by Hilton Lisbon - Fontana Park

Received a warm welcome from the receptionist, nice cookies, and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel’s black-themed interior created a rather oppressive and uncomfortable atmosphere instead of a relaxing one. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also disappointing. The toilet was not cleaned properly upon check-in, and the tissue box contained only one piece of tissue. As the housekeeping staff happened to be nearby, I had to request a refill immediately after entering the room. Overall, the attention to detail and housekeeping standards did not meet expectations.

The hotel is very nice and the staffs are all very friendly. Great!

Although our first room had a few maintenance issues, the hotel staff responded quickly and kindly after we reported them. They upgraded us to a much better room, and from that moment our stay was excellent. We really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help. Thank you for making things right!

Breakfast just OK. They charge eggs with avocado and similar. I really think that should be free. There is a bunch of air conditioner units in the courtyard, so if you take a courtyard view room be aware that sound isolation is not good and that it can get noisy. You can also hear neighbors talking.

The staffs are friendly,the hotel surroundings and ambiance outstanding and room is clean,good size and well equipped facilities like ironing board iron,coffee and tea,bottles of water. The location is superb. Fantastic ‼️

Great location, good for business trip and comfortable room

Excellent place to stay, the location is amazing and there's parking facilities.
