VIP Executive Arts Hotel

We had a wonderful one-night stay here. I wish we had a longer time to stay. It is 650m from the metro, and a scenic walk along the river. The room was supper spacious, clean, and decorated with impressive art. My wife really liked the art. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were just super nice...everyone of them we interacted with were always smiling, courteous, and making you wish to stay longer. Next time I am in Lisbon, I will certainly stay there.

This place is clean and the staff is very approachable. And it’s very near in the terminal like metro, buses . But it’s very far in every tourist spot. If you buy the unlimited transpo it would be good.

Convenient location near the airport and coach station. The room is big and clean with a lovely sea view.

Nice and clean a slightly outdated hotel. It was a peaceful stay. Service might be better.

Very pleasant stay at the VIP Executive Arts Hotel. The location is excellent, particularly if you need easy access to Oriente Station, the airport or Parque das Nações, with plenty of restaurants and the Vasco da Gama shopping centre within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable overall. However, the view from the room was not particularly good, and room 509 would benefit from some renovation and maintenance. One of the electrical sockets was loose, which should probably be checked. These points did not significantly affect the stay, but some refurbishment would help bring the room more in line with the overall standard expected from the hotel. Overall, a good experience and a very convenient hotel for a stay in Lisbon. I would consider staying here again.

Pros: Location is great. Breakfast is quite nice. Cons: bathtub leaked water, phone didn't work. Overall: It is good, especially for the location, some minor annoyances can be solved if you manage to talk to staff like requesting to refill water station or more towels to clean the water coming out of the bathtub

I had an overbooked stay and staff and managers. Kindly helped with it even after legal threshold. Would definitely recommend this business for their professionalism
