For 5 star hotel should be in very good conditions. I found silver fish on bathroom. Brown water on bathroom crack wall, hole on floor. I didn’t like it. Mold around the bath

Despite of the room darkness, air conditioning and the room conditionis good. I have a comfortable stay. Hotel restaurant and the nearby restaurants are convenient to tourist. Private parking with daily charges.

The worst hotel experience ever! We are regular holidaymakers and we have honestly never experienced such terrrible service before! How this hotel was awarded 5 stars is mind blowing! We have stayed at a number of other 4 star and 5 star hotels which all have wonderful customer service! To start with, the reception desk staff come across very rude and discriminatory- they do not smile or even acknowledge- they seemed to treat us differently as an Asian couple compared to others. Please don’t provide a service if you cannot accommodate people of different races. Secondly, the hotel room - no ceiling light so very dark - we feel like our eyesight has got worse staying in that hotel room- this is something a lot of other reviews mention! Thirdly, everything is dirty - bathroom has dirt all over. And there is no power socket anywhere near the beds so very inconvenient for charging phones etc! In conclusion, we believe there is a deep rooted issue with management in this hotel. We have come across many reviews mentioning similar issues and nothing has been sorted and staff are still incredibly rude and impolite and all need to go on some sort of customer service training course because there is absolutely no sign of a people providing a 5 star service- being polite and acknowledging customers is pure basics! I would highly recommend you STAY AWAY FROM HOTEL!! It has ruined our entire trip! No one expects this kind of service! Never mind from a pricey 5 star hotel!

Excellent stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in an executive room for four days, then switched to this standard king room, which felt like a better fit. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the school and shopping street, and the surrounding amenities are also great.
