Fantastic boutique style hotel in an amazing location. Great friendly staff eager to help make the best of your stay. Straddles two bustling town squares as well as adjacent to the pedestrian rue Augusta with tons of cafe, shops and restaurants. Four story gorgeous Zara across the street on one side and Benetton on the other. We chose to stay at the same hotel three different times during our almost 4 week stay in Portugal

Great hotel! Amazing location, clean room, great view of the square, fast wi-fi, great coffee, and very courteous staff! Only minor issue was that there was no power socket next to the bed and no USB charger. I also didn't have the right power adapter for Portugal, but the lady at the counter even let me borrow their universal power plug, so that problem was solved nicely. There's a great restaurant in the same building and we even got 50% discount for our dinner as a hotel guest! This was one of the great hotel experiences. Our only regret is that our stay was very brief, just for one night, but my wife already planned to revisit Lisbon so hopefully we will have another chance to stay here again pretty soon.

The staff was nice and had a cake sent to the room for my birthday . The hotel itself was average. We booked through a third party app, so we got stuck in a small room on the first floo,, the toilet didn't flush that well, and it made the room smell bad. We were also on a floor that required us to carry our suitcases to get to our room. They helped upon check-in, but it was an awkward set-up. The location was great! The website was more impressive than the hotel.

Things I love about this hotel: 1. Location - 1million/10 - super central, walking distance to everything, near all public transpos, shops and restaurants everywhere all within less than a min or 2 mins walking 2. Staff - 1million.1/10 - friendly, very helpful, attentive. One thing I could not forget is that I had an early morning flight and their breakdast buffet doesnt start until 7:30AM. The hotel staff had prepared a breakfast box for me to go to bring to the airport. 3. Check in - 1000/10 - their check in isnt until 12nn, but thankfully for me, my room was ready and they let me in early. I opted to roam around and leave my luggage and upon return, they had already put my luggage in my room. 4. Breakfast spread - 7-10 - good selection 5. Aesthetic details - 8/10 - garden, themed floors and rooms 6. Welcome gifts - cute/10 - a letter, a free drink, and a discounted lunch meal What could be better: 1. Bathroom - a little bit tight especially the shower area. Its the typical European bath tub. Shower is great though, strong pressure and easy to use, and doesnt run out of hot water, but space is a bit small. Might be a problem for elderly people.

Top, I'd happily come back again.

Perfect location. Walkable to everywhere and the Hop On Hop Off Buss was right around the corner. The food at this restaurant is awesome too. Definitely get the sea bass and mash potatoes. The room was clean, stocked and perfect size for my stay. Highly recommended this hotel. Will definitely be coming back again.

Very central and easy to access

Stayed for a week in March 2025, single room. Based on the name of the hotel, I expected some beautiful interiors, but did not see them. 10 out of 10 for the location of the hotel. In the historical center, at the very beginning of the local pedestrian street, 2 minutes walk to the metro and buses, 5 minutes to the train station. There are also enough shops nearby. The hotel is in an old historical building, occupies one entrance of a five-story building. There is an elevator. Breakfasts are good, there are vegetables, fruits, greens, and traditional eggs, sausages, yogurts, national cakes and even champagne. Upon check-in, they give a liter of water and a coupon for a glass of port in the restaurant.

The location is very convenient, as it is close to the Rossio subway station. There are restaurants and a famous nata shop nearby, so you can feel safe even late at night. The elevator broke on the day of our stay and was never fixed during the four days of our stay.

The hotel is in a great location! Right in front of the square! In the commercial center of the old town! Very close to most attractions in the city center! Breakfast is also quite rich! Recommended to stay!

The hotel has a great location - the very center, everything is nearby or easy to get to. You go out and find yourself in the center of life. Responsive, attentive staff. Not a bad breakfast. The only downside is that there is no soundproofing at all, the noise from the street in your room is as if the window is open
