The front desk was very nice, helping with the luggage and providing us with tableware when we ordered takeout. The reception was not big, but very clean. The 20-square-meter room was very big, and the interior of the room was also very good, with dry and wet areas separated. I will stay here again next time!!!

The hotel is very good, clean, great service. Close to everything, very good breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

A 5-minute walk from Parque Metro Station and across the road from Parque Eduardo VII de Ingrateja, the hotel is conveniently located for access to tourist attractions and for walking and jogging. After arriving in Lisbon, I stayed for one night and then went to another city for a few days, and during that time I was able to store my luggage for free. The staff are all smiling and kind. The room is clean and quiet, has an oil heater, air conditioner, and mini refrigerator, and is large enough for one person. The only amenities are shower caps, shower gel and shampoo are provided. It is better to bring your own treatments. Maybe it's common in Portugal, but like in hotels in other cities, there are no tissues. The breakfast buffet was delicious with sufficient variety and quantity.

Due to force majeure, the trip was not possible, so we negotiated with the hotel in advance, but the hotel did not accept any cancellations through negotiation and still collected the full payment. The service awareness was very poor!

Front desk service is average. There are steps at the entrance of the hotel with no slope, making it inconvenient to push suitcases. The twin room is relatively small.

Tudo muito bom . O único detalhe foi somente o box do chuveiro que molha o piso do banheiro quando do uso da agua no máximo . Os funcionários sâo atenciosos ( recepção , limpeza e café da manhã ).

Room was quite cold at janyary. Hotels is not so new anymore and maybe some fixings could be worth for they.

As soon as I arrived in Lisbon, I stayed there for 4 days. I arrived early in the morning due to a delayed flight, but they checked me in. The room was small, but it had a refrigerator, and the best part was that they cleaned it every day without me telling you. It was nice that they kept it very clean and changed the towels every day. The location is right next to Parque Station, so it's great for getting around, and the price is cheap, so I recommend it as good value for money.

The first and the last!!! Terrible!!! You need to go outside (stores) to get water! We had just the bottle on the minibar…

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for getting on the Metro at Parque which then allows you to go straight down to the older part of the city or connect through to the Airport on the red line. Better than staying in the middle of the city for quietness but still can access everything when you want.

We hadden een heel toffe kamer, kleine badkamer, de kamer was heel net elke dag verse handdoeken, het ontbijt is correct maar heel basic, het is een heel goed stadshotel en heel centraal gelegen, de metro ligt net om de hoek, een aanrader

The hotel is very cost-effective. The front desk staff are enthusiastic, generous, patient and humane.

Nice hotel with rich breakfast and very close to the subway station.
