The team was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and spotless, but unfortunately faced the street, causing noise during the night. The location was ideal for walking to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, it is an excellent option for anyone seeking a central location in Lisbon solely for sleeping.

I booked this hotel mainly because of its specific location, as I had a day tour meeting point near the park next door. Overall, it's a solid hotel, but in the Avenidas Novas district, there are definitely better 4-star hotels with a similar or slightly better value for money.

Have a great stay at Turim Europa Hotel. Right from the bell service personnel, front desk (special thanks to Clara and her team members for their exceptional service), bar tenders and housekeepers. The hotel is surrounded by great varieties of restaurants. You MUST try Cardo Restaurant to taste the traditional Portugese cuisine and drinks. The service is excellent and the food are delicious. In addition, it’s only take 5 minutes walk to the Parque metro station (Blue line), which is one of the major tourist attractions line and easy accessible to others line intersections. And less than 5 minutes walk to the Pink metro line to get to the airport from the hotel. Thank you Trip.com for providing with the great accommodation selection on your site. And it makes me have a great and happy memorable experience during my stay in Lisbon.

This apartment style hotel is located at a residential area. So it depends on what you want.. Quiet and peaceful area definitely a good place for accomodation. Subway station aint too far away to get to the more popular areas. Tram stations available too.. so it is not a bad location afterall. Room is big, comfortable and clean. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful.

The service was great, but the hotel is a little dated and the location is not ideal. Breakfast was fine. AC was noisy and shower could be better, but all in all it was okay for what we needed…
