엄청 Terrible Customer Service and an Unbearably Hot Room – Would Never Stay Here Again

This was by far the most disappointing accommodation I experienced during my trip to Portugal.
The biggest issue was the complete lack of air conditioning. During my stay, the weather was extremely hot, and the room felt like an oven. Even late at night, the heat remained trapped inside the room, making it almost impossible to sleep. I was sweating while lying in bed and could not get the rest I needed after a long day of traveling.
However, what disappointed me even more than the facility issue was the attitude of the staff.
When I politely asked for help regarding the air conditioning, the staff showed no interest in solving the problem. Their attitude made me feel as though I was bothering them simply by reporting an issue. Instead of offering assistance, I was essentially told that the air conditioning could not be turned on and that there was nothing more to discuss.
I asked whether it was possible to change rooms, cancel the reservation, or receive any alternative solution, but no meaningful assistance was provided. There was no apology, no effort to help, and no sign of concern for a guest who was clearly uncomfortable.
Technical problems can happen at any hotel. What matters is how the hotel responds when those problems occur. A professional hotel would at least apologize, offer a room change, provide a fan, or try to find some kind of solution. Unfortunately, none of that happened here.
The room itself was unbearably hot, but the complete lack of customer care made the experience even worse.
If you are planning to stay here during the warmer months, I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking. If you are sensitive to heat or expect even basic customer service, you may want to look elsewhere.
This was one of the most uncomfortable and frustrating hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would never choose to stay here again.
