This hotel is quite easy access, though it’s not close to the centre of Lisboa. Room is cosy, but there are some stinks in bedsheets and curtain. Breakfast food are varied, but fruits are not fresh.

The front desk of this hotel is very small, similar to that of a three-star hotel. The attitude of the front desk staff was quite indifferent, and we didn't feel any warmth at all. It seemed as if our arrival had added to their workload. They assigned us a room for disabled guests on the first floor and told us the hotel was fully booked, but that we could possibly change rooms the next day depending on availability. Perhaps they felt guilty, knowing that the room they gave us wasn't great. The most uncomfortable part was that the bed was small, and the mattress was of poor quality, making it hard to sleep well. The cups didn't seem very clean either, and the worst part was that the two thin blankets directly caused us to catch a cold.
Additionally, the air conditioning in the room didn't work well.
The bathroom in the disabled room was not designed with a wet-dry separation, so the entire bathroom got wet when the shower was turned on. Moreover, there were no anti-slip measures at all! It was terrible, and we definitely won't be coming back! （Photos are he normal room on the next day).

Super location. Nice executive room. Aircon very effective. Breakfast ok, not outstanding.

第二次入住，感覺沒有第一次好。房間207很吵，下面在裝修。提個意見:衹有第一天入住每個房間給一瓶水，之後再也沒有補放了。到前台要一小瓶水，居然收費2.5歐。位置還不錯，很方便。

I booked the best room with terrace and they said 40 m2 but it’s just 22-25m2 and terrace m2 is also included in this which is never heard , I got bed bugs every where in on both hands and chest which even a 2 star cannot get , before arrival I confirmed about gym but no equipment worked and it’s without windows and no aircon so absolutely not possible
To use , it’s terrible
If it was USA people would have sue them for losses of this bed bugs

Very convenient location. Near Charmatin Train station, opposite metro station and bus station. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room & comfortable bed.
