Wonderful hotel! Perfect location. Spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful. Júlia, who was in charge of breakfast, was incredible with me. I highly recommend it!

Great location right on Rossio Square. View of Square & Castle from room. Good breakfast. Floors were a little dirty. Only one electric outlet.

Fantastic location with fantastic staff. The staff was very helpful with directions and helping me find whatever I needed whether it was sightseeing advice or late evening travel supplies like soda water. They went above and beyond.

The hotel environment is excellent! The front desk staff are also very attentive.

Great stay. Near restaurants and shopping. Bus stop right front and metro not too far away. There's also a grocery store right behind. Friendly staff.

I spent a 5 nights at My Story Rossio and here are some of my thoughts: PROS: - Excellent location. Hard to beat this prime location. It's at the heart of the city with lots of things to do in proximity. There's also a Metro station across from it so you can take the subway directly from the airport. - Nice decors and overall pretty clean. CONS: - The biggest issue I had during my stay was the poor structure of the building leading to disturbing loud noises. During housekeeping hours, the door to the cleaning supplies kept being slammed. Every time it was slammed, my whole room shook and I jumped up. I called the front desk asking if they could be more gentle with the doors. I was told that that was the way housekeeping was and to call back only if it still happened after 5pm (after housekeeping hours). It was impossible to get any rest during the day. I understand that housekeepers need to do their job but I wonder if this issue could be fixed simply by changing the door hinge to a slow close hinge. Also, in the middle of the night, I would wake up by the creaking noises of people above me when they walked across the room. - Second issue was the thermostat. It was not adjustable and could only be controlled by the front desk. For some reason, the hotel decided that all the rooms needed to be in heating mode during the night. It was so hot and stuffy that I was not able to sleep for many nights. I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to turn it off but sometimes it would automatically switch back on. Then I requested to have the cooling instead of heating on but it would be too cold at night and there was no way to dial it myself. So throughout my stay, it would feel like being inside either a sauna or a freezer.

The location is excellent being in the centre of everything. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with appropriate choices and fruits are fresh and delicious. Room size was a bit small but comfortable and cozy. Would recommend for anyone who looks for value in traveling

Lighting can be improved as it was limited to the lamps at the bedside area. Water shower hose can be difficult for families with young children to use. Overall, very convenient location if planning to stay in Lisbon for a few days.

The hotel is in a good location, close to tourist attractions. You can reach many famous attractions on foot. There are many restaurants and famous coffee shops nearby. It is close to the subway and the room is very spacious.

Great! The service staff was very friendly and patient. It's very close to the downtown area, clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast selection was also very good and delicious. I will definitely choose it next time I come!
