The room was decent, with a microwave and access to hot water near reception. The only downside was the noise you could constantly hear people walking in and out of their rooms and voices.

Very convenient location. You can find a lot of good restaurants nearby. The room is quite small though. I might not come again because of this. For those who are looking for a budget-friendly recommendation, the price is really affordable here.

Staff very accommodating and helpful. Room was very small but clean. TV was very small, couple we travelled with their TV was bigger. ☹ Breakfast was adequate and staff very attentive when replenishing items. Good location, Metro 50m away, easy walk into city centre if you are average Motability. Cobbles get slippy be aware.. Very good value for money overall, would certainly consider stopping again if visiting Lisbon. 👍👍

Booked through Trip.com, it was really cheap. When I wanted to extend my stay for another night on-site, it was going to be 80+ euros, so I booked through Trip.com again. The confirmation was instant, very convenient! The service and accommodation were both very comfortable. When I went to Porto, I was able to leave my luggage there, and it was super convenient to check back in when I returned.

The hotel is convenient to major attractions, the subway station and bus stop (28E) are nearby. The room is clean and tidy, the staff is quite friendly. The room has a balcony to enjoy the city view.

Nice stay. We booked the triple bed room. Unfortunately, we arrived when there was a mega blackout in Portugal and there was no electricity nor water.
