The receptionists are wonderful and helpful. The hotel is located on a high site, so I would not recommend it for the elderly or those with heavy weight. The elevators are also small, but other things are great.

Hotel was in a good and quiet location, easily accessible to all places by walking and uber. It was a tad old but very comfortable and cosy. I was surprised that i like the room very much. The rooms doors are very near each other, so i can hear guests coming in and out but everybody was quiet and respectfully so I dont mind at all. Not suitable for people who dont want to walk up slopes to the hotel.

Room smaller than expected but very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location, friendly staff. Highly recommended as a little bolt hole for your Lisbon stay

The room was spacious and clean. We had an extra bed for three people. The owner was very nice and explained in detail the attractions and places to visit, as well as discounts and other good suggestions. Highly recommended, at least at this price. 房间很宽敞很干净，我们三个人给我们加了床，老板人很好，详细的为我们讲解游玩点和好看的地方，还有优惠之类的，并且还有一些很好的建议。很推荐，至少在这个价格。

A nice hotel. People at the reception are extremely helpful, rooms are clean. There is loud music playing outside, which stops after around 9pm. The location is good too.

Great location. Close to the city center and public transport

The hotel is good for one night, just to sleep and not pay a lot. One minus, only that it is located on a high mountain and it is very difficult to walk to it in the heat. If you take a taxi, then it is still ok, but my family and I, as soon as we left the Avenida metro station, walked up a steep mountain and a very high one. In the heat of 38, it is barely possible. And so if you go down from it, then yes, it is 2 minutes from the center, but if it is not one day, but more, then it is a taxi every day up the mountain.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting central Lisbon. A short walk will take you right to the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room for three adults was OK and clean. I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located, near the metro and bus stations. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic in giving directions to guests about how to get around and places to visit. Easy check-in even late at night. Clean rooms!

Comfortable hotel, a bit uphill but close to the center. The staff is very kind and helpful.

This is a relatively reasonably priced hotel near the old town of Lisbon. Recommended for those who think that hotels in the Baixa area are too expensive. You can walk to Baixa or take the metro.

The service is very good, the room is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is very friendly and answered all my questions. They recommended many attractions and also told us about transportation.
