Lovely hotel, rally comfortable room and friendly staff. Would definitely book again

Excellent hotel and great location. The facility was clean

No response on extra bed till we reach the hotel. They claim hotel will not provide extra bed and it was late night. We had to book new room at other hotel for our driver. And the reception request our driver need to walk out from lobby so they can confirm he did not stay with us that night. Such a bad treat from them.😞. Parking need to pay....and the drive way very narrow. We may hit the wall if not careful during drive to parking down below hotel.

I stayed there last time in 2019, and this time I was lazy and booked the same place again. I probably could have found a better hotel for the same price.

I stayed for two nights. It's a little outside the tourist area, but it's convenient because it's close to three stations. It's also directly accessible from the airport (though the cobblestone streets make it a bit difficult to roll a large suitcase). The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and water was provided daily. I emailed them to let them know I'd be arriving at noon and asked them to store my luggage for me, and they found a room that became available early. They also kept my luggage for me after I checked out. There's a supermarket nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly, so I highly recommend this hotel.

This isn't my first time at this hotel, and I always love it. Very friendly staff, wonderful location. Great for anyone needing a central hotel in Lisbon!

酒店看上去設施什麼的都比較老舊了，是個很多外國老年旅遊團住的酒店。走路大約5分鐘到最近的地鐵站，優點是會添加水（雖然不是礦泉水，瓶子是可再添加的）。整體比較一般，前台倒是還挺熱情的
