It took almost half an hour for the reception to find my Trip reservation, which is completely unacceptable. The room was really weird: the music kept turning on by itself constantly, and I had to manually turn it off every time. The breakfast had very little variety and was also quite sparse. The most unbelievable thing was that when I returned at 5 PM, they were *still* cleaning the room! I was absolutely shocked. Honestly, apart from the location, this hotel has nothing going for it. I wouldn't recommend it.

Amazing hotel, clean and tidy. Good service. Minus is that the plug sockets are very far away from the bed.

Our Valentine's stay at the hotel was pleasant. The service was top-notch, although the rooms themselves are in need of renovation. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options for everyone. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, just an 8-minute walk from the metro line, and conveniently close to Pingo Doce and Aldi supermarkets.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The location is excellent—very close to the city center, and you can easily walk to many attractions, restaurants, and shops without needing a taxi. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to the amazing team for making our stay so comfortable. After a very long flight, we arrived at the hotel around 8:00 AM. Even though it was much earlier than the normal check-in time, our room was already ready, and they kindly let us check in immediately. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture—it made a huge difference after such a long journey. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything felt new and was maintained to a high standard. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

The location of the hotel is fairly convenient to restaurants and a metro station. The breakfast included has a range of pastries, fruits, and eggs/bacon,etc. The AC however was not particularly cold which was difficult in the hot weather and we had to make a few requests to reception before they came to deal with any issues that arose.

The hotel was centrally located. Very close to lots of coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. A laundry service is available in the hostel next door. The staff are friendly and our room was cleaned thoroughly every day.

Nice hotel at a very convenient location. Hotel is a little old but clean and good value for money.

Good location, fst check-in, attentive stuff, good cleaning service, bathrobes and slippers, minibar and capsule coffee machine in the room, comfort beds. But - balcony in the room without furniture-very strange, poor breakfast without good coffe and juice (only from automat), the split system is very weak - it doesn't cool room

Very friendly next door to metro with easy access to all the tourist attractions. Room extremely clean. Neighbourhood has wonderful local restaurants that are excellent. Highly recommend this hotel and location

We stayed only for one night and were very happy to move out the very next day. Despite asking to have the room away from lift we were given the one directly opposite one, the insulation was not good, the bedframe felt every single door slammed on the floor as well.
