Checked in on a 33-degree day, and the air conditioning in the room was broken with no solution offered. The front desk is often unattended, and I had to wait a long time every time I needed help. The hotel breakfast had very limited options, and I even found a hair in the tomatoes. That's really unacceptable and quite outrageous.

There was severe water leakage in the room. After we reported the issue, multiple staff members repeatedly entered and exited our room without knocking, making it a very unpleasant stay.

Hotel is fine. Rooms are small. The main problem is that we couldn't control the temperature in the room. If we want to modify temperature was necessary to call. One of the receptionist was very rude and doing bad things on purpose. In addition, we paid the breakfast in cash and they gave us 26 in change in coins.

Clean room, easy to find and close to city center, close to subway station. Easy check in and check out. Helpful staff.

Okay for a night or two as the rooms & showers are extra cramped. Neighborhood is not central.
