Problems getting the complaints book. Bathroom cleaning services only once a day, the worst I've ever seen. This place was closed by the General Directorate of Health due to bed bugs. I got bites on my arm. The worst of the worst.

Although the hotel was closed upon arrival, and there were some misunderstandings regarding in-person payment (I only provided my bank card information during booking, but actual payment was required upon arrival; otherwise, the reservation would be canceled. I was in transit at the airport when I learned this, and was a bit flustered. I hope they'll remind me of this important information sooner next time). The lack of nighttime customer service is also something I should be aware of for potential bookers to avoid any unforeseen circumstances. However, the hotel's location is excellent. The king-size room is comfortable and has a balcony, a private bathroom, and a shared kitchen with all the utensils and utensils. The mechanical elevator, however, requires manual deactivation, which was a bit scary. I only used it once and didn't dare use it anymore. Transportation is convenient, and there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, it's a very pleasant place to stay.
